I don't know what everyone moans about, it's basic but seriously who goes on holiday to spend there time in there room?
They changed towels every day the room was cleaned and bins emptied. We had a sea view which was lovely.
The pool water was checked all the time, the pool area, ashtrays and rubbish were cleaned regularly.
The staff at the bar and restaurant were lovely and couldn't have been nicer to my mum or me. They also come to the beach front when my mum and me went snorkelling and showed us if we threw bread or cheese in then the fish would come, there was thousands.
The only time we spent in our room was to sleep and wash and both shower and bed were clean and fine. I would defiantly go back again.
The only thing I would say are receptionist are very doom and gloom and not very cheerful bug again who spends all there time in a reception.
The wifi that is located in the bar was able to be picked up in our room and we was just outside reception! I had an iPhone 4 and ipad2.
There are lots of stray cats and dogs and I adored them ( heard some people moaning) anywhere in this area gets them so choose a whole new destination if this is not for you. We adopted a pregnant cat and named it Nagi whilst there for our stay and fed her every time we saw her.
We had breakfast every morning and we never ate lunch so we would eat enough to fill us up. There was fried foods to cereal cheeses ham eggs etc. We ate at the restaurAnt twice in the evenings and again the service was excellent and food was delicious.
If you can go on the boat trips do so it's a nice experience and the camel ride was fun.
Little tip when your in turkey haggle and don't be afraid to do so they want your money so walk away and they beg you to come back.

This Hotel was poor all around.

Even though it was a cheap and cheerful option, the venue was not the best. It seemed as though they were not really ready for guests and i lost count of the amoutn of broken or damaged chairs, tables, parasols that were around the hotel.

The staff were very disengaged and were only interested in talking with the young girls around the pool. I met a friend of the owner who asked me to give him a message and once i had from that point on we suddenly became the most popular people around the pool. It should never be about who you know!!!!

The bed and breakfast was laughable as they dont tell you that if you want anything other than an omelette you need to pay extra!

overall it was a place to lay pour heads and we treated it just that way, we went for meals everywhere else and only ate an evening meal once at the hotel restaurant.

No entertainment on offer in the hotel and poor customer service.....we wont be back to this hotel anytime soon and we visit Gumbet three times a year minimum!!

Room Tip: Find a different hotel

Stayed for ten days- B & B, 17 May onwards. Found this hotel to be of a high standard- recently refurbished bathroom, excellent room servicing (clean towels and bedding daily) and overall an excellent stay. Breakfast was mainly a Turkish breakfast (but hey- you are in Turkey!). Staff were on hand to cook eggs- omelettes, fried etc- and very happy to toast your bread for you. Loads of space round the pool- although hotel wasn't full at this time- but plenty of sun beds and all still in the sun all day, no shaded parts, but plenty of umbrellas if you wanted them.
If looking for somewhere to eat out, try Jacks Place (best in Gumbet) tell Mahoney or Ahmet we sent you. Also Windy Bay (ask for Cevat), and Tempo restaurant. Good value for money and excellent food.
All in all a very enjoyable holiday!

Lovely clean hotel, excellent house keeping, clean towels everyday, bedding changed every 2 days, lovely gardens and pool area, book patio room if you want to avoid noise, which also will give you great sea view, good basic Turkish breakfast, with addition of pancakes fried eggs, omelets (mushroom, cheese, mixed) cooked to order, you can also pay extra for bacon & sausage (3tlr) excellent cheap food in Daisy restaurant. great value for money

Room Tip: Ground floor Patio rooms avoid the noise from Bar Street

Just came back from a week at Nagi Beach Hotel. Word of advice!! Don't book a sea view room if you want to sleep, the rooms back onto bar street opposite a really noisy bar, so book a garden view room, it's at the same level as the pool and cuts the majority of the noise at night. The hotel is good, very clean and ideal for all restaurants and beach. The staff are friendly but the bar staff take offence when you bring you're own drinks from the supermarket, which you can get for half the price the bar charges. Apart from that, not too bad

5 night stay, return flights and transfers for £200. You couldn't ask for a better price for the hotel we got.
we arrived late at night to a not so flattering exterior. we were checked in, and escorted to our room.
We had opted out of having a balcony which was a big mistake....big advice PAY EXTRA FOR A BALCONY WHEN YOU BOOK. our room was small, basic, and dark because we didn't have a balcony and the interior needed some TLC to the decor. All the same, sheets and towels were replaced everyday and floors were mopped.
We read that this hotel was near the bar strip (front facing the hotel), i'd say you're more 'IN' the bar strip. very loud and noisy into the early hours which you can hear if you have a room closest to this side - great for if you want to go clubbing and drinking which we did a couple of nights. on the adjacent side of the hotel you will find the restaurants and the beach which is much quieter and more suitable for a 'quiet' night out.
The hotel is practically on the beach which is great and you get the free sun loungers. The pool area was clean and had plenty of sun loungers too. two bars are nearby, and staff do provide a waiter service so you you can have food and drink brought over.
Breakfast was included: this was basic and 'ok'....don't expect and grand buffet....basic food laid out with the option of asking the kitchen staff to cook up omelettes etc.
for the price this hotel did the job and is suited for all holiday group types, but i would be cautious if you don't want to be kept awake by loud music from the adjacent bar strip.

Just returned from Nagi Beach. We turned down the first three rooms offered and eventually got probably the best room on the complex! Room 101 which is a garden room with small outside area. The rooms are cleaned every day and the room staff very pleasant. On the whole this is a good complex with everything you need close to hand. The pool area is great and even better that you can use the sunbeds on the beach free of charge and get waiter service. I probably wouldent want to be in 'Gumbet' in the summer months and the shopkeepers and restaurant people are relentless and rather drive you away from their shops and restaurants. Would of loved to do more shopping but they just won't let you browse so I did some shopping at the airport. Back to the Nagi Beach it was a really cheap holiday and this complex was very good value.

Room Tip: Ask for a Garden Room
