Family of 4 with teenagers this cost us £2,500 for a week.

It's all inclusive but not what you would expect. One small restaurant that doesn't even have tables for everyone. Food is very very basic and after two days you will not look forward to your meals. Breakfast is the worse meal. Bread bread and bread oh and boiled eggs.

The rooms are large but empty, there is a kitchen area in the room but it has nothing in it. We got two glasses that's all theres ants and cockroaches in the room as well. There is aircon but its only in the bedroom so if your sleeping in the lounge be prepared to get hot.

It is set on a hill and there are lots and lots of steps and steep hills to and from the hotel there is no option unless you hire a car do not take this lightly it is as bad as I'm saying unless your super fit.

The only positive I can think of is the view as its so high up. There is no entertainment apart from a couple of cheesy guys for the young kids for half an hour and that's it Oh and the all inclusive bar shuts at 11:00pm.

I've never wrote a review before but felt the need to this time.

My friend and I had a fantastic week staying at the Sun Hill. The hotel was so clean, the pool and sunbeds perfectly placed with a 360 view from the hill side, all the staff were friendly and helpful, and turkish baths were so relaxing; we truely felt like we were being treated like princess.
The entertainment staff put on a show every night and made a real effot to get everyone involved in the wide range of activities on offer. The hotel is an easy walking distance to the centre of town were extra activities can be found and bar street, which stays open till 8am.
The only faults we could find in the hotel was the many steps, which by the end of the week became hard work especially in the heat and when returning from a night on bar street.
I would greatly recomend this hotel for the wide variety of nationalities, the friendly staff and the views that are to die for.

Lovely and clean hotel, food ok. Alex and the entertainment team were awesome, made to feel very welcome, I would stay here again defiantly! Only one thing was lots of steps to our room but helped burn off the extra calories!! only a ten minute walk to bar street, shops and beach, anybody giving a bad review is stupid!!! :D

Alex and the animation team was superb really made us feel very welcome, Couldn't of asked for better. One tiny downside is all the steps but the kindness from staff made up for it.. would deffinately stay again but would invest in a scooter/bike next time haha

overall we had a great holiday at the sun hill, the staff, the area and weather are brilliant however the food seriously lets down this hotel.
the first night, we arrived around 2am, the air con was blowing but it wasnt cold air. after a sleepless first night. we told the man that cleans your room, he messed with the control then said 'service' a man came about ten minutes later, messed with the control, then said someone will come and fix it in half an hour. two hours later, still nobody had arrived, we rang reception and they said it would be fixed the next day. this made me want to cry, as from the heat in the room, and the sleepless night it had made me sick. we decided to go round the pool and tell our rep when we met him at 17.30 that night. the rep sorted it straight away with reception and within half an hour our air con was working, blowing beautifully cold air.
anyway, once that was fixed there was no quibbles other than the food.
since i was being sick we missed breakfast and headed down to the canteen for dinner. i wish we hadn't. the was no signs telling us what the food actually was! the only thing we recognized were chicken nuggets and chips which looked like they had been deep fried about 4 times.
luckily there are chips and burgers served around the pool which were nice enough!
we went down for dinner and there was kebabs and thats about it.
the choice for english people to eat at this hotel is limited which could be improved with the use of labels.
overall, we had one breakfast, one dinner and one tea and a few burgers, not enough for the all inclusive price we paid. we had to get more money out from a cash machine as we hadnt budgeted for dinner and breakfast out of the hotel. the drinks available are limited however the larger on draft is lovely.

advice for future bookers - dont go all inclusive, be aware that you can hear the nightlife from your hotel room, and ensure your air con works! we werent the only one with that problem!
