“Wonderful romantic setting”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 July 2012

Just come back from a 3 Night stay at this hotel, it was the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in. The staff couldn't do enough to help you, you're didn't have to lift a finger we quite literally relaxed and everything was taken care of. When we arrived we were checked in fast and efficiently we were greeted at check in by a member if staff who gave us some lovely chilled mineral water with lemon in, that's was so needed and was a lovely touch. Our suitcases were taken for us to our room. Breakfast was lovely with loads to choose from. Lunch time meals at the pool bar were delicious and again we werent allowed to take our drinks from pool bar to sunbed that was all done by a waiter we felt like royalty. Dinner was delicious with a big selection we didn't enjoy the desserts though and we would have preferred freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast not squash. This was a surprise holiday for my husbands 40th birthday and it was a complete success and I wouldn't have wanted us to be anywhere else it was a fantastic relaxing beautiful holiday only moans we have are bed was not the most comfortable the bath leaked and ensure they put your luggage in a safe secure holding area when you check out and are staying in the hotel for a few hours because ours was left by reception and accidentally got taken in a taxi when picking people up so we had a very scary hour where all our luggage was missing, luckily the staff and management dealt with it and it was found and we received complimentary drinks for the inconvenience but it didn't put a damper on the end of a fabulous break, so ensure you see them put your luggage away. We stayed in a standard double room half board and last thing I would say is drinks are on the expensive side.

Room Tip: Would go for a suite next next time we stay here

We spent 4 nights here in June and really enjoyed it. The hotel is a real sanctuary and full of lovely plants and tree and feels very peaceful. The rooms are clean and spacious and although the bathroom in ours could do with an update it was functional. Food was good, although i think drinks were quite overpriced. Overall, a nice small boutique feel hotel and good value for money.

Hotel Zeytinada is like a little paradise: the garden with the pool is wonderful, the buildings around the garden have suite rooms, the others are normal rooms. The suite rooms are great:living room, bedroom and separate spacious bathroom and nice balcony with view on the garden (and pool). Our suite was renovated this winter (just like 30% of all rooms; the other rooms will be renovated this winter).
The food is buffet-form and very delicious and the staff is super friendly. For extra relaxation, there is a super nice haman/sauna, a tennis court, table tennis, etc.
We've been 8 times in this hotel and are going in september for the 9th time to this little paradise!!
When you love luxury, a relaxed and quiet atmosphere and friendly staf is this hotel a must/recommendable!!

Room Tip: The suite rooms are slightly more expensive, but definitely worth the money: separate living-and bed...

We had to stay at this hotel because the flight was delayed and travel agency picked us up from the airport and at 4 AM we arrived to the hotel and were immediataly checked in without any fuss. Rooms are quite nice with slippers and small necessaties in the bathroom including toothpaste and toothbrush. But the most impressive thing id the decore of the hotel and the garden it is surrounded with. The food was very good and spa girls very chatty and friendly. Dar from the sea but will definately try to book my next visit to Turkey to stay in this hotel. Unfortunately saw no folder with the Swedish travelling agencies, so must book as a private traveller.

Booked through teletext for me and boyfriend late June for 10 days. i have never been to Turkey myself but my bf has been many times to Bodrum.
Our flight was awful had to stopover in croatia as someone 'got sick' on the plane so we were 2 hours late for our transfer which we obviously missed. We got to Bodrum and had to wait another hour to be picked up and I was in tears because of tiredness.

We finally got to the hotel which is a short 25 mins away from the airport. all i can say is WOW! I immediately felt better when when checked in, got a lovely glass of cold lime water and got checked in quickly by the pretty Turkish girl and our bags taken to our lovely room.

the hotel is surrounded by beautiful gardens and the rooms are old but very cleanly upheld. there are tennis courts and you can hire the bats as well as a little gym.

1) food was lovely every morning and night very big variety and very fresh (we went half board)
2)drinks at bar very expensive though but luckily we had our own alcohol
3)beach is a lovely 5 min walk where there are lots of bars and restuarants to relax in. We went out there a couple of nights which was lovely.
4)the Dolmus is very cheap and only a 9 min ride to bodrum markets and harbour and comes every 5 mins and runs until 5am in the morning so you can go out any time of the night.
5) staff very professional and friendly and chefs always good to chat to and made beautiful sculptures with watermelons.
6)pool and outside area very highly kept and very beautiful!

All in all it was a lovely trip and did not want to leave :( the good thing as well-as it is a little bit outside of Bodrum you dont get the annoying chavvy, loud british tourists and it is very relaxing. I also love that it is a half board hotel so you dont get the hustle and bustle at meal times. The staff was fantastic and made it a very enjoyable first experience in Turkey for me.

Only criticism is the expensive bar drinks but other than that it was perfect!!!! 100% will def go back there :)

Candice and Sam x

Room Tip: Rooms at back of the hotel much quieter and lovely views from balcony

Very impressed by the hotel room - clean & comfortable with balcony overlooking the main pool. Meals were taken on the terrace or around the pool, plenty of choice for a relatively small hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bus stopped outside the hotel, the fare into Bodrum was 2.75 TL, a cheap and regular service. Opposite the hotel were 2 ATMs and a supermarket, a short walk took you into Torba.

This hotel is not suitable for anyone who is disabled. There are a lot of steps and the hotel is on different levels and I didn't see any lifts.

Was more than impressed with this lovely hotel. We had a family room on ground floor which was large & prettily presented. The bathroom was slightly dated, but clean. Shower strong pressure & plenty of hot water. Our teenage son slept on pull out sofa bed, which was supplied with an extra mattress for comfort. The pool is large & kept extremely clean. Cannot fault the food -was slightly concerned about 'buffet style' before we went, but we never had to queue. Both breakfast & evening meals had wide choices - some of the best food we've experienced in Turkish hotels. Don't miss the Spa, which is tucked away - fab Turkish bath, & golden oil massage on first day set me up nicely. Torba itself has been quite destroyed by the council permitting the large Voyage hotel to be built slap in the centre of the village. Bodrum only 10th mins away by local minibus Regular & cheap form of transport .
