Booked with first choice 10/10 good reps ..(john) place is 20min from airport once got check in which was at 3am so can only say what i see but this is the only bad thing about hotel that the check in staff were waste of space clueless. lucky hotel has three guest relation girls in lobby just see them are very good and get it done don't worry with main desk its unprofessional for today age apart from that this place is like the first choice video its wow unreal view stunning. hotel next door is a 6 star plus so says a lot about area
food top class and all day endless even kids loved it.
drink is same well severed ice slice good glasses etc, won't need to move as waiter service everywhere if you give a little tip everyday 5L or 10L like £4 (take small notes from here like 5 and 10 ) otherwise so many areas to get drink bottles water everywhere even free mini bar in rooms coffee etc. The pool is the best clean water one i ever been in and can i say its 90m long infinity towel supplied .lots off beds all round all day this place has 4 pool and beach with decking in water warm clean sea very nice setting. as hotel supplies towels some people put a few out on pool and beach beds just move them use beds i did no problems. kids club is good night entertainment is better than good and live bands around bar. British is only about one fifth of guests here from all over Europe like that as well.very relax place and so quite after midnight hear a pin drop.
has a few shops on hotel for food etc and suncreams etc and a good fake shop for gifts so no need to go town. i have traveled well and stayed in top class hotels and here is very good i enjoyed my week here with my two young kids very safe has a small water park as well kids loved this hotel never see them but i knew they were safe as these hotel are so far apart no one else will walk into it .also fee wifi in lobby and coffee garden
look after staff and they will you..enjoy it

We had rooms overlooking the infinity pool; they were clean, modern and spacious with balconies. The free mini- bar was not restocked, only occasionally with water. Food choice was excellent and good quality. Bar staff by infinity pool were ignorant and pretty useless and served Turks before anyone else and men before women. Watersports were pricey- had they have been more realistically priced we would have used them twice as much. Appalling security regarding cases once rooms are vacated - no secure storage available and cases left for anyone to rifle through.
I would visit again.

We have just come back from 7 days off pure entertainment. At one point I asked the bar man if this was the fawtly towers hotel . Here we go ! First it was 3 hours to get the room and then 1 more to get another room witch was still shed! We missed dinner because off the book in time and the staff thought it was rude for me to ask to have food for me-her- 12 year old boy,as the dinner hall had been closed for 2 mins! Next day Boy said too staff I ve bean sick in the pool they said ok we will do clean it tonight , they mush have bean busy! Do I need to go on , No 24 hour bars, everything was dirty, the staff rude including the management . I ve stayed all over and has got to be the worst holiday so far ! In the air port the rep was just saying too all the people going home that first choice management where going too see the hotel. I am going to sue! James and abi-charles - oxford .

Room Tip: The whole hotel is crap you we get I'll like the three of us, waiting in hospital to see doctors...

Where do I start.....well firstly this is definitely NOT a 5 star hotel. We arrived at around 10pm to this hotel and was told that our family room was not available until the next day, we agreed and was shown to a deluxe 2 person room.....we are a family of 5 people. 2 camp beds arrived and our teenage son slept on the sofa. We were told to go to reception the next day at 12 for our family room.....again this did not happen, or the day after either.so our first 3 days was mainly spent at the reception area and we was left living out of suitcases..... Terrible service, when we eventually got a bigger room "family room" which consisted of 2 single beds and a double bed, again our teenage son was brought a camp bed to stay on. Air conditioning was broken NO FILTERS!!!! And the fridge didn't work!!!! The balcony had a small table and 2 chairs,( bearing in mind this was a "family room". I don't believe that this hotel even has family rooms. The room was not clean, and I had to search for the maid to ask for towel change on a few occasions.
Food was terrible, if you like chips with breakfast and lunch and dinner and stews then you would be okay, the restaurant was like a cattle market!! Every morning consisted of people slicing bread far too thick so it would get stuck and cause a smoke bomb until someone came and poked with a knife!!! ( great idea when you have young children watching you sir!!!!) the only nicest thing to eat was the salads.....but eating this for 2 weeks???. Tables was never set we had to go and search for cutlery on other tables.late breakfast was 10-11 am but nothing was left and things would not be replaced during this time. We never actually tried the a la carte restaurants! We tried the snack bar situated on the beach and unfortunately yet again.....cold food that we had to sent back on several occasions. Although they have some of the nicest staff working here, mostly students.
The entertainment team are hard working guys, but everything they do is the same routine daily. and the few staff we met were lovely guys.....a special mention to yacob who works really hard on the infinity bar daily. A lot of the staff are very rude to English people and would leave you waiting to serve Turkish people especially on the bar in the evening!!
The evenings entertainment is repetitive and just leaves you waiting around for whatever next, kids disco 9.30 till 10. Show 10 till 10.45 then if they have a band playing then 11 till 11.30 ish....bands are only on 3 times a week so if no bands within the bar then after the show nothing!!!,All shows are mainly Turkish and we found it frustrating that most were not translated...yet again!!!
The reception staff are rude and ignorant and don't really speak English so this is a major problem...especially if like us had problems.....they have 3 ladies who work in guest relations who speak good English and are nice girls but in my opinion they have their favourites.
The beach is not very good with children....very sharp gravel which cut the feet. Although the sea is lovely when you are swimming. The water sports centre is good but is very expensive.
We only went to Bodrum in the hotels shuttle service bus once.....driver was around 70 year old and drove like he was a formula 1 boy racer!!! So much so that my 9 year old had a nose bleed he was that scared!!! After this we caught the local bus which was much better and cheaper.
Charlie from the Chinese restaurant in Bodrum is always about and his restaurant was def worth a visit, we went twice whilst there, he picks you up and drops you back off at a preferred time. A lot of the time we went out into bodrum to eat has we preferred this to the "mush" that was offered within club blue dreams.
Overall I could go on and on about this hotel, but Think my "ruined holiday" says it all. Manager really needs to come out of that little office of his and really see what sort of place he is managing and so do the first choice/ thompson holiday company. We will never ever come back to Turkey after our experience within this hotel.
What we paid for this holiday was very expensive, we were promised that this hotel was platinum 5 star rated, and booked a deluxe family room all inclusive does NOT include ice creams, most spirits, and we feel mislead by this.
I feel that people really do need to know what really goes on at this hotel. Most people we met whilst here also had the same views on the food, rooms and the service received in general.
The nicest thing we can say about this hotel is the lovely views, however we dint go on holidays for the scenic views!!!!!

Me and my family decided our first holiday to Turkey by choosing Club Blue Dreams. What a bad choice was that...We heard that the general manager , kitchen team, front office team all left. There was not enough food, there wasnt an enough reception service at all.The general manager was like a present from god.The view is beautifull. The rooms were clean. But these two are never good enough. You need to be a team which we couldnt feel. The only ones trying were security , bar and restaurant staffs. We'll defo try Turkey but never club blue dreams again.

Room Tip: I would recommend none of them

Me and my partner visited the hotel for a week on June 26th. It's approximately 25/30 mins from the airport and what an amazing location! The views are beautiful from one end of the hotel right the way to the other.. especially from the infinity pool!! Upon arrival the staff where very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We stayed in a standard room not the deluxe rooms and couldn't find one thing to complain about! We stayed in room no 214.. One of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in, cleaned daily, restocked and nice and cool thanks to the powerful air con! The rooms are surrounded by lovely greenery and sea views to die for! The infinity pool is well worth a visit, spent everyday there, it's massive with lots of sun bed space. Pool bar and snack bar open all day. Each restaurant or bar is place perfectly to enjoy amazing views as you dine. The buffet restaurant is standard all inclusive food, nothing special but nothing to complain about. They changed things each day so there was a variety and always felt satisfied. The other restaurants are a higher quality and definitely worth a visit. The staff are friendly and take the time to talk and get to know you, especially one of the managers Nadir!! Lovely guy who always made sure we where having a good time and speaks great English. The evening entertainment was always fun getting everyone involved and a different show and games each night. The bar shuts at 12 each night but there was other options like the nightclub after 12. They have a brilliant minibus service that picks you up hourly from reception and drops you back hourly too. Cheap as chips! Bodrum centre is less than a 10minute ride on the minibus with loads to do! Restaurants, Marina and bars. For a more lively evening Gumbet was another 10minutes away with a strip of nightlife and with plenty of people! Ann Olivia's is a restaurant in Gumbet that was recommended and I would definitely agree, steak is beautiful! We also booked a boat trip through the hotel which was the best day of our week! Sea is clear perfect for jumping in after a few hours sunbathing on the boat. The beach at the hotel is pebble but still nice with 3 jetties! Watersports at the hotel too. Overall it's a beautiful hotel with breathtaking views and in a perfect location to venture out and explore!

We have just returned from Club Blue Dreams having stayed for 11 nights. We had a wonderful time and met some lovely people who made the holiday special. The staff were hard working - especially the entertainment team and bar staff.

However, the hotel was NOT a 5* hotel - in my opinion it would struggle to make a 4*. The reception and management team spoke very little English (you would expect at least one English speaker on Reception to deal with problems) and it was quite difficult to get information from them.

The main downside for us was the limited and repetitive food choice and the poor All Inclusive package. Alcoholic drinks were limited and the only evening bar closed promptly at 12am - after that you were asked to pay (expensive) but this became difficult as the lovely bar staff who worked extremely long hours obviously wanted to go home. Many things came at an extra price including ice cream, wifi and the hotel shuttle bus - in my experience all those things would come as standard.

Although we were very happy with our room, many people we spoke to had encountered problems with their rooms, which were mainly too small and inadequate for the number of people in them. Some poor people I spoke to a few days ago did not even get a room when they arrived in the early hours - they were told that they should sleep in reception or on sun loungers until the morning until a room became available! Shocking service from a '5* hotel'.

The hotel is set in a stunning and very beautiful location and I think this is its best selling point by far - it's just a shame the all inclusive, luxury you would expect wasn't forthcoming. A poorly run hotel and definitely not up to the standard we have experienced in other 5* All Inclusive hotels.
