We arrived at 2am, very welcoming was shown too our room which was very clean and even had a bath, plasma tv and air con (although it was a pain) and we did report it and was fixed right away. The hotel in itself is in a lovely setting and so clean, me and my boyfriend are in our early 20's and said we would 100% go back too this hotel. All reviews on here are either people being picky/fussy or not pleased. I'm a picky eater but I always found something too eat for breakfast lunch and dinner and at the snack bar. The bar staff were so friendly and worked such long hours (we did tip the man and woman that was always there) they was so appreciative of this. we didn't go too the entertainment we thought that was abit cringy and more for children but the 24 hour bar was always a nice place to sit. The cabanas were lovely to sit for the whole day well worth 110 lira and be waited on hand and foot. Over all a brilliant holiday and would love to go back!! Defiantly a 5 star!!!!

Arrived just before midnight needing a drink and a bite to eat. Only soup and bread but the 24 hour bar made up for that. Barman refilled without being asked. We had asked for a high room and at first were dissappointed that we had a ground floor room, no. 110. The room blocks are only 3 high, but being in a garden room we did not have all the steps to get to a high or sea view room. Just 20m to reception, 24 hour bar, restaurant, pool and pool bar. Result! All staff very friendly. Food good although there was a lot of turkey, fresh grilled fish was also quite regular too, which was excellent. Omelette and fried eggs for breakfast cooked for you by twins! Walnut bread was my favourite, but all the bread and pizza delicious. No problem getting a sunbed, always some free on the man made beach, but I'm told you had to be up at 5.30 to get one around the main pool or on the jetty. For us there were no complaints at all. Can recommend a boat trip with Thomas. You won't have to find him, he will find you!

Please ignore any bad reviews about this hotel, me and my partner have just returned from a 2 week stay at the Kadikale, on arrival the staff were helpful and check in was easy, we then had a porter carry our bags to our room which was great as we arrived at 2am and following a long jounery, the coach transfer was about an hour long
The room was clean and the maids came in every day to clean it and change our towels, we did get a smell from the drainage in the toilet a couple of days but not bad enough to put us off.
The whole hotel was kept clean and staff were always cleaning.
All of the bar staff were friendly and always put on a smile especially Eyup, Ali and Recep, the only thing I can complain about is that there wasn't enough staff at the bar in the evening and although they worked hard and served as quick as possible there was still a delay.
the food was amazing a full of flavour, although it was all very similar we still really enjoyed it and if you don't like to much of the same I recommend going to the a le carte restaurants, the Italian food was stunning and the fish restaurant was just as good but the main is literally a whole fish, so if you don't mind getting all the bones out it is a very nice meal with a romantic setting. the main restaurant was ok i would go for dinner as soon as it opens at 7:30 or wait until 8:30 as it gets really busy, we went in a couple of times at 8:00 and couldn't get a table.
Although the hotel is a bit remote, there is still a few shops to buy from.in reception is a good shuttle service although I would recommend not using this and catch the bus at the end of the road for a fraction of the price.
there are plenty of day trips to go on including a pirate boat ship, however don't book anything through Thomson as they are more expensive, walking round the hotel is a guy called Thomas who owns the pirate boat, we went on the day trip and had a fab time, they also do a midnight trip which we heard was also amazing.
Finally and saving the best till last is the Animation team. Soner, Anna, Willy, Cansu, Tatiana, Mario and kalou all led by Zaga Fly, all made our holiday and experience that little bit more special, they was always on the go and making sure everyone was enjoying them selves, they have games going on in the main pool all day including water polo, arobics, Darts, Football, table tennis and Zumba, before lunch they always a a big competition n the main pool which is great to get involved with. if you don't want this then you can go to the infinity pool which is quieter and hassle free. every night the animation team put on a show and every night we was entertained although it was again a walk up alot of stairs it was always worth it. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Room Tip: we booked a Garden view but got a sea view, the sea view is great but up quite a few steps so as lon...

We were a large group of people in the ages 13-65 staying at this hotel for 7 days. We arrived with the bus from the airport around 1 pm which means lunchtime, therefor we could eat lunch before we checked in which was good! The check in was also very fast and we were even able to get our room before 3 pm which was good aswell!

The room we stayed in was actually very fresh and there was also a safe were you could stow important things such as your passport and ticket. The room also contained a minibar which was refilled with water everyday. There was an extra charge if you wanted other things than just water in it but we didn't pay for that. The beds were quite hard but still OK and overall I think it was a good room!

The food was very good aswell but one bad thing was that there were pretty much the same things served everyday. Since the restaurant was quite small it also meant that you had to wait in line for a long time during rush hour. There were also some cats running around in the restaurant which was not so fresh and they also sneaked around your legs all the time. We also tried the Italian ala carte which wasn't good at all. The food there was not even cooked in the right way and we all ended up eating in the normal restaurant instead.

There were plenty of choices in the bar but sometimes the staff working there didn't have any interest at all of helping you which meant that you could stand there for 10 minutes without getting any help at all. What was even more annoying was the fact that the staff could talk to other customers that they ''wanted '' to help instead of helping you!

Overall Kadikale Resort is a good hotel but there are some things that could be improved such as the service and the choices of food! But for the price we paid, good!

Just returned from a weeks stay at the Kadikale Resort. The holiday overall was fantastic and I don't have 1 complaint. We arrived to a large open lobby with WI-FI, our bags were taken to our room by a porter. The room was up quite a lot of stairs (required to give you the sea view, if you booked a sea view room) and the views did not disappoint. The room was clean and tidied every day with fresh hand towels and bath towels, beach towels were available you just had to give the staff your towel card at the hut and you would get the card back when you return the towels. Free bottled water was also topped up in your room daily.

The resort setting was stunning, looking over the sea and at other islands. We chose the infinity pool each day as it was the quieter pool but if you do want a more livelier holiday then the main pool had the animation team, who had games and entertainment planned each day. They worked extremely hard all day, every day.

Food was very good, a lot of choice and they tried to mix it up the best they could. Tables were easy to come by and if you are polite and chat to the waiters they will always try and get you a table. All local drinks and your soft drinks were included in the all inclusive so there was with a large choice. All bar staff were friendy and I never struggled getting a drink once, staff at the beach bar were fantastic and you could always here people having a laugh and joke.

Make sure you hire a cabana at least one day, they are approx 30 euros and you get waited on all day with drinks and get to sunbathe and look over at the sea. Then escape into the cushioned shade if you get to hot.

Overall, it is a really good resort with a good atmosphere with friendly staff in an amazing setting. I would definitely return.

Room Tip: Sea view rooms are worth the added cost. However make sure you are fit enough to climb the amount o...

Had a fab 10 nights here (just got back last night);
The bars had a good choice of drinks - sometimes service was slow but this was just down to maybe being understaffed; they worked as quickly as possible! The busier times were normally around meal times with people getting a drink before they could go into the restaurant!

7:30pm was typically a busy time in the restaurant so if you dont want to be in a queue or rushing to get your food, go in at 8pm instead!
Waiters were really good; learning what drinks you liked and trying to time it for when you got into the restaurant.

The snack bar by the beach bar was excellent - it made a change from the main restaurant (though the variety in the main restaurant was brilliant!)

Lovely cabanas which you have to pay for but get waitress service and they are right on the jetty.

Speak to Thomas who is usually around most days regarding his boat trips - we went on a sunset cruise trip where we had campfires, cushions and a bbq on a local island! Very recommended!

The rooms were lovely and clean - fresh towels and water daily... we had a sea view around the far end of the resort which was lovely and quiet!

The infinity pool was a great place to sit by as not as noisy with entertainment as the main pool - lovely and relaxing.

Saturday market in Turgutreis is a fab place if you want some bargain 'genuine fakes' - you can really get some good stuff!

Kos is a great trip too and only 15mins away by fast boat!

Overall we loved the hotel and met some lovely people ; the only grumble is that we paid extra to have our room until 6pm due to late flights, but housekeeping knocked 3-4 times from 2pm to see if we were leaving! Reception should have made them aware that we wouldnt be leaving until late!

I cant even think of a bad word to say about kadikale the staff are very friendly especially ali and recep on the 24 hour bar and disco! waiters also very helpful always there to get us a drink and to get us a decent seat outside,

entertainment team were very lively always getting everyone involved and having a great laugh.
the rooms where very clean with fresh towels everyday and water in the fridge always being topped up cleaners done a very good job we had the highest room with sea view and it was lovely I would not let the steps put you off there is not that many and there is also a ramp.

Very clean and smart resort very well planned out with the pools spread around the resort, the slides are great fun! beach is man made but plenty good enough,Not quite a sand castle building beach... There is a couple of rocks in the sea when you first get in but soon disappear great for snorkelling plenty of fish, I will say don't buy the snorkel kit from the resort shop as I could never get the goggles to seal.

5 -10 minute walk up the road is the local shop that's dirt cheap and Turgutries town is 10 mins taxi,or a 40min walk along the shore line with lovely restaurants and bars, I will highly recommend Uncles Restaurant

All in All and amazing place to stay would defiantly go back never once wanted to think about leaving. 5*

Room Tip: sea view rooms are lovely
