Recent visit was my 6th. This is a nice hotel in a great location. However, my view is the hotel has cut back on staffing as mentioned by others. Be warned if travelling with Mark Warner to check on local holidays. The hotel the week of the 16th June was fully booked by locals on Turkish holidays and thus the holiday was not as relaxing as expected due to the high volume of people and lack of staffing to cope. I also agree with comments by others that the current MW management is not like the previous. I just hope MW and the hotel take note of the comments on here and on Feefo.

We had a week long vacation planned but had to abort on the second day to move to another hotel. Such a great location is ruined by very cheap management. Our bed was so old that we felt the broken coils and woke up in back pain. The restaurant did not have enough tables, after waiting 10-15 minutes to have a seat, you were expected to use the dirty table cloth from the previous party. The quality of food was really poor not to mention the mosquitoes covering them in the buffet. There were constant bee attacks on the plates but the advice we got from the staff was to wait until dark to eat. There are so many beautiful resorts all around Turkey, do yourself a favor and pick a place where you can enjoy the sea as well as the bed and the food.

Just returned from my annual June visit and once again very satisfied with the hotel food and service. A little disappointed with the bar area near reception as there is never any atmosphere. The Mark Warner staff were a little frosty and lacked communication skills unlike when Darren managed the team during the last two or three years. Glad I had been before or I would have been a little lost. I would not like to visit here in July and August as I noticed the staffing had been reduced in numbers. The rooms are looking tired and in need of a refurb but on the whole a good standard of very much everything! Well done Sea Garden.
Got annoyed in the restaurant when children were riding scooters appears with parents consent!

Room Tip: Got woken up early daily by screaming babies/toddlers who's parents think they rule and therefor...

We stayed at Hapimag during the first week of last June and became so happy just like last summer.
I think the well-disposed, friendly personnel and warm and sincere interest of managing team from reservation to checking-out were the most efficient reasons for that. Then of course the extraordinary location... The wonderful service quality which was the same with last year's experience were important. We would like to thank to whole team and namely Bahar Özkan Yıldırım, Sales Mgr, Kerem Demirkol, GM of Hapimag, Hakan Bey, Front Office Mgr., for their kind interest and warm friendship.
Although the weather was up & down, it was like a "stolen time" from the metropolitan city life!
Thank you Hapimag!

Room Tip: If you prefer silence & nearest to sea Block 1, If you are with children Block 2 are the best...

We have just come back from a Mark Warner holiday at this resort. My co-holiday makers were my partner, daughter and 2.5 year old grandson. We stayed in block 2 which judging by previous reviews seems the best bet if you have toddles/babies/buggies. The gardens were stunning and I was very impressed by the standard of the rooms. The look of them from the outside certainly doesn't do justice to the luxury within. We weren't too keen on the trek up to reception and dinner - the only time we really ventured upwards. Otherwise, we walked along to the breakfast and lunch area where my grandson was amused by the sparrows pinching people's food! The beach is fairly stony, though apparently once you've negotiated the pebbles, it's sandy but shelves abruptly. We didn't get involved with anything sporty - we were there for the excellent child-care facilities. At a previous mark Warner resort my grandson was happy to be left in the evening, but this time we had to take him with us to the Sunset Bar on the beach as he wouldn't settle. If you want evening entertainment, the best bet is to take yourself up dozens of slopes and steps to 'Mini-Bodrum' - a purpose built area of shops, restaurants and agora with stages. The food at the Sea Garden was okay, certainly not gourmet but fitted the purpose. My partner and I had been spoilt food-wise 18 months ago at a hotel in Sri Lanka so nothing else will ever measure up! As far as small children are concerned there was a lovely little playground to keep them amused and of course playing in the sand close to the water's edge. For me, my ideal holiday includes taking a stroll up the road to meet inhabitants of villages - it wasn't possible at the Sea Garden.

We went on the Mark Warner all inclusive package and had a fantastic time. The accommodation is grouped into a series of buildings dotted around a beautifully landscaped and lush valley, leading down to a waterfront complex with restaurants and multiple pools. Beyond is a beach bar and the dock from which the excellent waterfront staff organise your sailing, canoeing, windsurfing etc. Tuition was excellent and the activities kept fun. You can walk up the hill to a restaurant and shopping complex (within the complex) and down the other side to the Happimag beaches and waterfront. So plenty of choice. Our boys aged 13 and 18 found plenty to do and the only extra was scuba diving from the dive centre in the complex!

Room Tip: If you are averse to walking up and down the hill through the gardens ask for a room in the valley.

Mark Warner yet again have provided a fabulous holiday experience that we'll always remember. Our boys are 11 and 14 now and they too had a fabulous time, lots of friends, freedom and food..thank goodness it is all inclusive! The Mark Warner waterfront team were incredibly helpful, knowledgable and never tired of switching pico's for paddle boards when the wind decided to drop. The food was varied and enjoyed by all...the Italian restaurant is lovely. No mosquito's when we were there. The negatives? The local 'fitness' instructor, it was his first week and it showed :), and there was no Beach Volley Ball Court. Hopefully the resort will sort soon as in my mind these are easy fixes.

Room Tip: We stayed in Block 2 - midway between everything you need, and only a 2 minute walk from the beach/p...
