3 visit for an anniversary, 5 overall all occasions. This location compared to the other location in Cleveland is a little more relaxed and actually more friendly. Not that the other location is unfriendly, this location just seems more relaxed. As always, greeting was by name and seated promptly. Had choice of tables, not overly busy on our arrival, ordered drinks right away, suggestion of a special martini was well received by my wife. Ordered the seafood tower as always, this time a little disappointed in selection, oysters no longer included, the teaming items looked lost on the over side platter (not a tower) of ice. Service staff noticed our disappointment and manager quickly came over and offered to take off a portion of the cost, not necessary but an excellent gesture (but that's Flemings!). Wife ordered one of the filet specials with shrimp with a glass of wine, I ordered the main filet with sides, both were excellent as always... We were surprised by the server and wine manager by and gave us a lava cake for dessert for our anniversary, I also had a Blandys Madeira.

For a place to get spoiled by service and excellent food go to Fleming's. For any occasion.

Will be back there for my daughters birthday in a few weeks!

Celebration dinner with work colleagues. Steaks are a work of art, sides are family style. Wine list is overwhelming -staff is very well versed and make excellent recommendations. Personal without being stuffy. Looking forward to next visit.

Celebrating our 22nd wedding anniversary was more than I expected at Flemings! We had a coupon and hadn't been there in quite a while so we decided to go. I actually forgot our anniversary was coming up until the "reservation taker" asked me if we were celebrating a special occasion. So we really didn't plan on an anniversary dinner we were just using the coupon! From the moment the valet opened my car door upon arrival, until our departure when he said "happy anniversary Mrs. H" while closing the door on an already-warmed-up car we experienced a very warm and attentive and delicious evening/meal! And by the way - the bone-in strip steak was the best steak I've had in ages or perhaps ever!!! We will definitely be returning sometime in the near future! Oh and thank you to Stacie (our waitress)! She was wonderful!

This was our first visit to Fleming's, although it's been in the neighborhood for a few years. We finally decided to drop on by on a Monday night for an intimate dinner for two. Not quite - more on that later.

Our service was excellent – thank you service staff – just the right amount of attentiveness without interrupting us every second drink or bite, like some places are wont to do.

The iPad for the wine list was a nice tech touch – thanks. For those who don't know, Fleming's provides a traditional printed wine list, and, at least at this location, a much more extensive wine list with full descriptions of the wines through a dedicated iPad with a very easy to operate interface. More on that later.

While the décor inside is decidedly elegant, with wine bottles lining the place, the noise level in the dining area is very high – and we were there on a Monday evening. The design of the place has the bar open to the dining area open to the food prep/kitchen area. With all that, plus the flat-screens in the bar blaring the sport currently on and the Muzak in the air wafting through the rest of the place, it ends up as a cacophonous collision of sounds all around. So…this is definitely not the place for a quiet, romantic, intimate dining experience.

The wine we chose from the list - and we're decidedly not connoisseurs - an Italian Pinot Grigio Kris, at $8 per glass, turned out to be something available at the World Market across the parking lot for all of $15.99 per bottle, and at the local Giant Eagle for just $12.99. $8 per glass for $13/bottle wine seems like it should not be a vintage on Fleming's wine list. This might be sending the wrong message to customers.

We had the Prime Rib Three-Course dinners - but be advised that this is a very wet (i.e. juicy) prime rib. If you like your beef soft like butter, this is it; however, if you like more texture and less fat, steer clear of this steer, and go with a filet. We both had to cut away about a third of our portions as simply inedible - just too much fat in the cut for our palettes.

So, we have to give it a solid four - the sheer noise in the place (we're talking TGI Friday's sound levels) plus the $8 wine soured things a bit - but, again, the service was excellent all around.

We've been here a lot and have found that, for a higher-priced restaurant, service should be consistent. Well, it's not. Long wait times - for water - and meals presented to the wrong people. Very slow service. For the prices paid, service should be at a higher level of consistency. Management is very accommodating and always has been. Very noisy, especially the bar (not a surprise there).
