This use to be the place to get a great pizza but has declined over the years. Honestly a 5 pizza is better :-/

Angelo's struggled for years against a great local pizza place and several chain restaurants. It toyed with different specials and deals, and its pizza was okay. Not to mention that we like to support hometown businesses. It finally gave up the ghost this spring. If you want really great pizza try Old Towne just a couple of blocks away. Once Trip Advisor puts a link up for this place, we'll post a glowing review.

New owners and new recipes, sorry guys, its just not the same Pizza I have enjoyed since the 60s. I see the place is for sale now, doesn't have to be that way, use the old recipes and get your business back and give us back the old Angeloes pizza so many of us have enjoyed over the years. Im sure Rob gave you those recipes, dig them out and get those pies baking.

My family and I went to Angelos on a Friday night for supper. We walked into the place and noticed some changes to the place. First off it was freezing inside and we had asked if there was a problem with the heat and the young lady waiting on our table said no, that the owner wont allow them to turn up the heat.
Second, the menu very limited and overpriced. But we decided to stay and try a pizza and couple of calzones. We had a gift card that we won at a local charity event and wanted to use it. The food was not really up to par. Not many topping and very little on the sauce and flavor.
Third and best of all, our gift card was not going to be honored because new owner had taken over the restaurant and didn't feel oblagated to honor it.
Best advise...stay away.
