“Great food”
Reviewed 25 November 2013

The food here is soooo good! Absolutely love their pasta sauce! Anything we've ever tried has always been great. Went to a baby shower brunch here and the french toast casserole was fantastic with warm syrup....yummy!!

“Great meal in the Harbor area”
Reviewed 5 June 2012

We've gone to this Deli many, many times over the past few years. The food is home cooked. There are many things to choose from such as dinners, salads, subs, sandwiches, soups, etc. In addition to the posted menu, there is always a board indicating that day's specials which are terrific. The desserts are exceptional. This is not a fancy place. Good food at reasonable prices. Order your meal at the walk up counter and either take it to go or have a seat in the adjoining dining room. Food is fresh and the portions are good. There are many Italian specialties to choose from. When visiting the Ashtabula harbor, follow Lake Rd west for less than a mile or two. You'll find this gem on your right, directly on Lake Rd. Open til 7 PM. Pick up some of the Italian pastries or fresh, homemade breads to take with you.

“Huge selection of "home cooking" style foods”
Reviewed 28 July 2011

My co-workers and I order take-out from this place often for lunch. I'd probably stop and pick up a take out dinner once in a while but they close at 3 p.m. Guyreino's has a huge selection to choose from everyday. Things like chicken on biscuit, meat loaf, beef stroganov, lasagna, macaroni and cheese, pasta, sandwiches, soups, salads, cookies, cake, brownies...and much more. If you're a traveler who is tired of "restaurant" food, this is a good option. Everything is very reasonably priced. A pasta dinner with two meatballs and a roll is about $4.50. You just walk in and order what you want at the counter and it's all nicely wrapped in take out boxes. My only complaint is that the service is sometimes really slow, whether they are busy or not. There is a seating area inside and you can eat right there if you want, but the atmosphere isn't the greatest--just a big, dimly lit room with a few tables. Better to grab it as take-out and eat lunch on Walnut Beach which is at the end of the street.
