My husband was sent to Iraq in 2003. I wanted him to come home to something special. I pondered a B&B but wasn't sure if that's what would be nice. It was also our 18th anniversary. I called, I emailed and I asked more questions than you can imagine of the wonderful host Bob and Linda. They made us feel so welcome. He loved our weekend anniversary, get reacquainted time. I enoyed the weekend so much because it was such a wonderful experience to be in this home. Spoiled and made to feel special.
We are already planning our 20th anniversary and we've only had one place in our mind. Again he will be coming home from the Middle East and our thoughts are set on the incredible Shiloh Morning.

Thank You for making us feel so special during that time in our lives.

See you again soon

The facilities and grounds are absolutely breathtaking! They served the best breakfasts I've ever eaten. We special ordered a dinner for the evening of our arrival, and it was delicious! The hosts and their dog, Samuel, were extremely friendly but left us alone unless we needed something. This was a great place to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, it rained the whole weekend, so we were not able to stroll through the gardens and walking trails. Hopefully we will visit again when the sun is out!

Shiloh Morning Inn is definitely a place of peace and rest as advertised!

Shiloh Morning Inn is the Gold Standard for what a B & B should be. In the past ten years, we have stayed at several B & Bs that are nationally known in Texas, Oklahoma and California. None of the others approaches Shiloh as to luxury, service and amenities. In addition, the inn keepers, Bob and Linda Humphreys, strive to do everything they can to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Going out for dinner? They know the best places. Going to an attraction out of town? They know the best way to get there, where to eat in the surrounding areas, and construction and other problems to avoid. Don't want to go out? They'll ensure you have everything you need (towels for the hot tub, drinks, snacks etc) and they will LEAVE YOU ALONE! If you don't want to leave for dinner (depending on the night) they'll provide dinner in your room.

There are 73 SMOKE FREE acres on which to roam, several secluded hammocks outdoors, and a wonderful bed and room in which to relax. Each room has its own thermostat so you won't be at the mercy of the people next door (or down the hall) for what the temperature is in your room.

For us, the best description of the inn is a place where you get: a beautiful room, a very relaxing atmosphere where you're confident that no one will be smoking, a gourmet breakfast (and sometimes dinner) and left alone. Oustanding place for romantic getaways, or, if you're like us, a place for both romatic interludes, and to relax and de-stress.

My wife and I have stayed there several times. We have stayed in inns and hotels all over the country, but this is the best we have ever found. We have sent several friends up there to stay. Our only regret is that we do not have the ability to stay there more often!

My husband Bill and I spent our honeymoon at Shiloh in December, 2001. What a wonderful, beautiful place to spend our first days as a couple together. Bob and Linda, the owners, were just the nicest people you would ever want to be around. And Linda's breakfasts were so delicious.

Bill and I stayed in the Blue Bird Cottage which has a dining turret, a four-poster king size bed (this bed is so big there is a step ladder provided so you can climb up into it), a sunken tub, a stand alone shower, and the best part - a hot tub on the enclosed deck. There was also a television and VCR with cable as well as a wet bar with a mini fridge that is stocked full of pop and juices which are complimentary. At the main house there are hundreds of movies and books for you to enjoy as well as games.

Shiloh is very secluded with lots of trees and wildlife. Bill and I saw many deer while hiking on the property. We even saw a wild pig!

If you ever get a chance to visit this wonderful B&B, do not hesitate! Their motto is "A Place of Peace and Rest" and it's so true.
