All the displays are hands-on, so if your kid isn't ready for that, then there's not much for both of you to do.

This interactive hands-on science museum is a good outing for toddlers through middle school. Science principles are demonstrated through all kinds of exhibits children can manipulate. Kids just think it's fun, but local schools use the museum to enhance their science programs so you know it's more than fluff and games.

I had my son's 3rd birthday here and it was so fun for everyone. We rented a party room for 2 hours (very reasonable cost) and brought snacks and a cake. It was so nice to have everyone entertained the whole time. I will totally book birthdays there in the future! There's just so much to do for all ages (even the babies)!

I went with a very curious 3 yr old. The mix of exhibits was good and held their attention. If you're going with a young child, get there early. The main exhibits get a little chaotic with older kids as the day goes on. If you've been to many science museums in bigger cities, you will find many of these exhibits familiar. The buble room is a nice touch. And there was a lot we didn't get to after 2 hrs. There is no Cafeteria, so if you Will be there over lunch, bring your own. Saw two staff people the whole time we were there, including the one at the membership desk. I would come back yearly.
