We make an annual pilgrimage to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, and, as a result, to the Asland Springs Hotel.
It's a bit pricey, but worth it for the convenience and luxury. It's a quick couple of blocks to the OSF theaters. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is delightful - highlights include the lemon poppy seed scones and the cinnamon roles. Yum! Great coffee, too.
The hotel's restaurant, Lark's, is a wonderful, casually sophisticated place to graze. The freshest ingredients. Inspired dishes, like blueberry crumble with lavender ice cream.
