Stayed here for an impromptu getaway during Spring Break. Convenient location, great hospitality, awesome breakfast, comfy guest room. Since it was off season, we had the house to ourselves. Very pleasant surroundings with nice furniture and extra homey touches...............coffee and tea available with cookies 24/7.
All in all, very enjoyable place to stay in Ashland.

Room Tip: Although some people don't like being on the street side of the house, I didn't find this to...

Thank you for your kind words. It was a pleasure having the two of you stay with us for your get-a-way weekend. We hope you enjoyed the matinee and had a safe (dry) drive home over the mountains. We look forward to your next visit.

Honestly the was one of the best B&B's we have stayed in. The home was charming, the owners were attentive to our every need and the food was wonderful. The location was easy to fine, snacks were always available and fresh baked cookies added that special touch of grandma's house.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights in October 2012. We loved everything about it: the location, the food, the atmosphere, our room. We got wonderful recommendations about dinners and things to do. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the area.

This is a very pretty B & B and it was cheerfully decorated for the winter holiday. The proprietors were kind and provided delicious vegan breakfasts on request. There was a good amount of street noise, which was the only drawback for a very light sleeper, but earplugs made it work. I would happily stay at Abigail's again if I were to return to Ashland.

They recently remodeled the bed and breakfast facility. Everything was in perfect condition, but they managed to maintain the ambiance and charm of the original design so that it feels like you are stepping back in time to when it was newly built. The breakfasts were absolutely heavenly and the snacks and freshly baked cookies available throughout the day were delicious. Abi, one of the owners, was a fountain of information about the area with excellent recommendations for local residents. I didn't see any of the other rooms but imagine they were spacious, clean and had equally large and comfortable beds. I would highly recommend this B & B!

If someone were to ask me how Abigail's B & B could be improved, I wouldn't have any ideas. Every aspect of the house, its furnishings and ambience, as well as the the breakfasts, refreshments, and service provided by the owners, was as good as it could be. We were there the night of Ashland's Christmas parade in late November and were warned how bad traffic and parking would be. No problem, because we walked from our lodgings to Lithia park for a hike, had supper at a downtown pizzeria, and watched the parade and lighting ceremony. Then we had a pleasant walk "home." On top of all that, we enjoyed meeting hosts Abi and Patti. Patti is a great chef and her husband Abi can probably answer most any question you have concerning things both near and far.

We found Abigail's through our AAA book and then confirmed info on the web. Because we wanted to take in a play as well, we phoned to confirm the details and the reservation. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and furnished, surrounded by lovely gardens, and the location is excellent. Our room was clean, bright, and extremely comfortable. We walked to the play in the evening and to local shopping the following morning. The hosts are warm, friendly and helpful with advice on the plays, (supplied warm blankets and cushions), and on local attractions and shopping, etc. The breakfasts were delicious and substantial. We took a side trip to Crater Lake on the advice of our hosts, (including places to stop and see on the way and places to eat), and enjoyed it immensely. Highly recommended.
