I can't say enough about Abigail's B&B and the innkeepers, Abi & Patti. Patti's breakfasts are beautifully presented and deliciously prepared. Abi is the perfect host, very knowledgeable about the inn and the Ashland area. As a previous French restaurant owner he is more than capable of referring guests of the Inn to the best places to eat and has menu copies from most every restaurant in Ashland for guests to peruse. Abi has had a colorful life and is an extremely interesting person to converse with. Abigail's B&B is welcoming and beautifully landscaped outside by Abi and the interior is warm, comfortable and period perfect due to Patti's special talents. It was so quiet my daughter & I thought we were the only guests but to our surprise their was a full table at breakfast. The large entry porch is decorated with comfortable furniture and is the perfect place for a morning cup of coffee or a late night glass of wine. Home baked pastries, beverages and snacks are always at hand as are playing cards & games. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants, Lithia Park and the Shakespeare Theatres. Our room was beautifully period decorated and full of all amenities. Our beds were comfortable and our room had its own bathroom. We had a delightful time meeting and talking with the other Inn patrons. Our conversation at breakfast only wound down long enough for us to eat Patti's beautifully prepared food! I highly recommend Abigail's Bed & Breakfast Inn. Thanks so much Abi & Patti. We will be back.

Our son who lives in Ashland recommended that we stay at Abigail's. This American Craftsman home built in 1904 has many authentic details that have been well maintained over the years. The current Innkeepers, Abi and Patti have lovingly restored and maintained the public rooms and bedrooms. My husband enjoyed talking with Abi about his various projects. He is very knowledgeable about the architectural details of the Inn.

The comfortable parlour is well stocked with home baked cookies, (peanut butter, the afternoon we arrived), a large selection of teas, a Kuerig coffee machine with both French Roast and decaf available, and various snacks. There were wine openers and wine glasses available if you had your own bottle of wine. It is a short and easy walk to downtown Ashland, which is nice after a day on the road. We walked to dinner at Sesame Asian Kitchen where we had a delicious dinner creekside. It was a nice night and after dinner we sat on the expansive porch at Abigail's with our son and his girlfriend.

Our upstairs room was very comfortable with a private bathroom and plenty of plugs for our many electronic devices. The internet signal was perfect in our room.

In the morning we made use of the Kuerig coffee machine and had a good strong cup of French Roast. Breakfast is served at 9 AM which gave me plenty of time to take a good long walk before dining. We sat with a very friendly and nice couple at breakfast and had an enjoyable conversation. Patti prepared a delicious two course meal that was served by Abi. We started with a fruit plate and then had chocolate chip pancakes topped with powdered sugar and sliced strawberries with a side of sausage.

We had a very relaxed stay at Abigail's. Thank you Abi and Patti for your hospitality.

Room Tip: Ask Patti for room suggestions when booking.

Abigail's is just the right blend of historic and current making it a truly delightful stop for us on our way to California. The breakfast is just awesome to use the current vernacular term. Patti and Abi run a great B&B and we will be back every time we get to Ashland.

Room Tip: If you have trouble with stairs, there is a king bed room as an annex to the main house that is larg...

This was our first experience at a bed and breakfast and it exceeded our expectations. We arrived a little late and Abi the innkeeper made us feel really welcome as he showed us around this beautiful and charming house. They provided around the clock snacks and beverages, internet, and toiletries to make our stay more comfortable. The room was decorated beautifully and was very quiet. Breakfast in the morning was a real treat. The food was delicious and presented beautifully by the innkeepers, Abi and Patti. I would give our stay a 10 out of 10!

Breakfast was a special meal served family style. It was nice to have other guests to talk to in the dining room. The innkeepers ,Abi & Patti, offer their expertise in a quiet manner, always aware of quests needs. The location, just 4 blocks form town center, is perfect. We have already booked for next year.

Wife and I spent a long weekend in Ashland and wanted a quiet, charming B&B. And that's exactly what we found at Abigail's. It's only an easy, 10 minute walk down Main Street to the heart of downtown Ashland and the theater district. Breakfast was excellent every morning, and we took full advantage of the freshly baked cookies and other treats and teas out at all times. The owners, Abi and Patty, are very friendly, and the house itself is very charming. All in all, just what we were looking for. We'll definitely be back!
