You get a lot for your money at this place, which is just minutes from pricier downtown Ashland, and conveniently located right off of I-5. For less than $80 (I think we got the AAA rate), we had a very clean, comfortable bedroom with king bed, small sitting area with TV, decent-sized bathroom, and the convenience of a kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge, and kitchen sink. Continental breakfast is delivered to your door in the morning. Our labrador retriever enjoyed the "welcome" treat she received when we checked in, along with a list of pet stores and services nearby, and the outdoor space for dog walking is easily accessible and quite large. This is an excellent option for pet owners looking for a friendly, comfortable, and reasonably priced place to stay.

We chose the hotel because it was off the highway and traveling through the town. The off season price $75 seemed very reasonable and the reviews were OK. The hotel is down in a glen and is in a quiet spot. The quality of the bed is excellent the room just OK. The room we had has a small kitchenette type setup. This place is really good for families or groups looking to save money. The quality of everything is just a C. The towels are small the shampoo nonexistent, the service none as there is only one person in the entire hotel. Asking for feather pillows never got answered until I fell asleep and woke up to ask and they still had not gotten to it. The keys were wrong and the place was basically stripped down on services. The woman was very nice but one person can't run everything in a large hotel. The worst problem is the noise. I heard everyone on top of us flush the toilet or run the shower all night. The guy above us walked back and forth and it woke you from a dead sleep. There is noise from every direction in this hotel. This is a cheap hotel and if you don't mind getting what you paid for

Room Tip: Pay $30 more and stay at the better hotel

We were really impressed with this hotel. The rooms were very spacious. The property is very conveniently located near I-5. If you are traveling with a big family you can get adjoining rooms. Of note the suite we had two rooms but the living room did not have a bed or pull out couch. However they supplied us with a pull out bed. The staff was excellent. We got the room for $78 with tax but it was easily a $100 to $110 value.

Dear TripAdvisor Guest,
Thank you so much for your positive review and comments about our hotel and your stay with us! We appreciate you taking the time to let us know how we are doing and are very happy that the suite met your needs and that our staff was able to supply you with an additional bed for your room. The majority of our rooms do have pull-outs from the couch, but we are in the process of updating some of the rooms and adding different amenities, but we will always have rollaways available for our guests to use as well.

We are happy that you enjoyed the value of your room and look forward to seeing you on your next trip to Ashland!

Thank You,

Excellent room, well appointed with very friendly staff. The location is excellent and they have a very nice computer room. Originally scheduled for one night and had to extend it by one day due to weather. They provide a small breakfast in the morning if you request it. It also has a very nice view from your room.

The suite was excellent...bedding was excellent and I loved the breakfast option in a bag...much better than the usual fare offered at breakfast bars. Definitely plan to return next time I'm in the area as it was a great bargain for excellent lodging!!!! Loved the friendliness of the staff as well.

Room Tip: I loved the spaciousness of the 2 queen bedroom suite
