We had a great stay at wonderful cololnial brick bed and breakfast. We were greeted offered cookies, and shown to a clean pleasant room. (RM 1). Comfortable bed. Classic decor, and a
overall warm ambience were soothing.

Breakfast rocked. Choice of eggs, omelettes, pankakes, or a special of the day. We enjoyed the well stocked library, and other inviting public areas.

We had our two year old granddaughter with us and she was made to feel welcome and cherished.

We stayed here because it is just a few minutes drive to Camp Woodward, which one of our children was attending. What a wonderful find! The inn is beautiful and extremely comfortable with several nice common areas, including a library with a huge book collection. We stayed in room 5 which was very spacious with a wonderful king-size bed, a huge sitting room with a twin-size bed for our daughter, and an enormous bathroom stocked with plenty of towels. The temperatures were in the 90s but the air-conditioning (which was silent, unlike at most big hotels) kept us nice and cool. Although the guest rooms were full, the inn was nice and quiet. There were some charming outdoor spots, although due to our schedule we weren't able to linger and enjoy them. The breakfast was scrumptious; each of us had a different main item and all were delicious. We're looking forward to going back again at the end of the camp session.

We had to be in State College, PA for a volleyball tournament over Memorial Day weekend this year. All the "regular" hotels surrounding State College were booked to capacity so we were forced to look elsewhere. I am so glad we did! I found the Aaronsburg Inn on the BandB website and booked it for the spacious room but we received so much more. The room, we stayed in the room on the top/attic floor, was enormous, clean, well decorated with Amish and antique items, and had all the amenities of a regular hotel. But the real reason to go visit this Inn is the service you'll find there. The owners are incredibly accommodating, and their purpose in owning this Inn is to make you happy and feel like family. They've succeeded. Jack is a wonderful chef and has warm, fresh bread for you every morning, a selection of yogurt and juices, and will cook anything your heart desires in his master chef kitchen. I am a gluten, dairy, and egg free vegan, yet he was able to make amazing crepes stuffed with berries! Yum! There was no reason he had to do that but he wanted to and loved the challenge of making something for me. This is something he would do for any guest. Jack and his wife are so warm and friendly and will talk to you about all there is to do and see in the area. We wanted to go to a golf driving range one day during the tournament and Jack called around to find the best range for us and gave us directions. If more people knew about this Inn, they would be full to capacity 24/7. I'm glad they had room for us.

Room Tip: The room in the attic is large and quiet, but you will have to walk up 2 flights of stairs.

We booked 3 rooms for the PSU graduation weekend...we knw nothing about the B&B or the location. We had to book 2 nights but none of us could arrive until late the 2nd night. Boy did we miss out. It was so great - clean, interesting, and not at all stuffy like many B&Bs are. The owners were awesome as were the other guests. The attic room is great for families. Loved the Kcups for coffee and the breakfasts were very eclectic and good. It was a straight 30-40 minute drive from campus which was no big deal.

Room Tip: attic room sleep 4 with separation between rooms and great bathroom in between. loved it.

I worked recently in Aaronsburg PA USA and it was organised for me that I stay at Aaronsburg Inn. Well - thank goodness, or I may never have found it! Aaronsburg is a sleepy little town deep in the valleys of Amish Country PA, and the proprietor Jack was extremely organised, friendly and helpful. Jack thrives on your hunger, and takes great pride in cooking up exquisite breakfasts, the best of which for me was his apple stuffed French toast...wow- it was sensational! The breakfasts here really set you up for the day and totally irresistable and the room was beautifully and tastefully decorated, spacious and very comfortable. This is easily the best kept secret so dont tell too many people otherwise he wont be able to fit me in again! Truly worth a look at, and overnight stay will not be long enough!

We spent two nights at the Aaronsburg Inn and had a lovely time. The rooms were super clean, and the bathroom was modern and super clean as well. The feather beds were so comfy. I have allergies and had no problems staying there. The common rooms were relaxing, Jack was very helpful and prepared a delightful breakfast.

The Inn is in a quiet little Pennsylvania town with the Amish going by in their horse and buggy. Lewisburg and State College are not far away and make for an easy day trip from the inn. Eat lunch or dinner in those towns because there is nothing in Aaronsburg. The owner, Jack is friendly and cooks a wonderful breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and very clean with fluffly large towels and high quality sheets. There is a nice pool, but we were there too early in the season to use it.
