“Classic Car Dream World”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 25 July 2011

We visited on a Sunday arriving just after opening. The permenant collection is very impressive with a number of cars I had not seen on display any place else. The displays are set to tell the story of how the automobile has evolved. The Mack Truck display is a result of Mack being not far away.

When we were there they were celebrating 100 years of Chevrolet, with several different body styles of Corvette and my favorite a 67 Camaro (I was born in 67).

If you love classic cars this place is a must see. Plan for about 2 hours and bring a camera.

“Very Good Displays”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 17 July 2011

We went on a Saturday morning at 10:00. We were first to get there, but more people came as the morning went by. The bottom floor was mostly permanent exhibits. There were all kinds of cars of all ages with very good displays to go with them. I enjoyed the trucks and race cars a lot. There was a very nice display on Mack Trucks. Next we went upstairs and saw a temporary exhibit about sports cars. We all enjoyed this place. We spent about 2 hours here.

“A great museum to spend a couple of hours visiting”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 June 2011

All things pertaining to vehicles through the years. This museum starts with a model T and Pee Wee Herman's bike. There is a fire truck, cars, motorcycles, bikes, mack truck, old cars and sports cars. There were brief overviews with most of the displays. My husband loved this place. I thought it was cool too. Also, there was a store inside the museum.
