Paid 12..00 for a two meat plate that had two slices of brisket and eight sausage rounds...sides were just okay...all cornbread was hard and dried and meat was cold! Banana pudding is the only thing that they have that is any good and at a fair price.

Ribs fell off the bone, but each bone had a gristle on the end that was best chewed by the dog. Beans tasted like they came from a can, but the potato salad was very good. My wife had the brisket plate and was pleased with the BBQ, but not impressed with the veggies. Banana pudding was excellent, but was exceeded in greatness by the peach cobbler. The desserts were the highlight of the meal.

Big servings for a reasonable price. Potato salad the best I ever tasted- thought it contained mustard but no had dome carrots and relish. Will stop by again when driving thru.

These small (there are 2-north and south) store front restaurants are local favorites. Their barbecue is good--ask for lean. Their potato salad is great---the consistency of mashed potatoes.

We stopped in here on a trip from Grapevine back to Lubbock. The person that too our order seemed non-engaged and the lady that prepared our orders seemed as if we were a bother to her. The turkey that my wife and son ordered looked like it came out of a can the brisket was passable. However, the sides are we're things went downhill evidently their hot bar temperature is too high. The green beans were burned. The potatoes were overlooked and the Mac and cheese was unrecognizable...it was a deep shade of brown. We would have been better off setting $40 on fire.
