I didn't notice the uncleanliness but I was not looking. The food prepared by a very friendly and excellent chef, Oscar, was surprizingly tastier than I thought possible for Japanese food. The chicken marinade had a very different and delicious difference than the run of mill, always the same, teriyaki. It had sesame and banana which set it apart from any other teriyak. I could not beleive that the chef could put that much flavor in the white steamed rice that was fried in front of us. The portions were very large and the shrimp was perfect.
