We always choose Hilton brand and tonight with many choices in the Amarillo area, we found this Hilton Garden Inn. We were welcomed by Roman who was pleasant and offered every kindness. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. We asked for a quiet spot and he made certain we were away from all the busy areas. The beds are perfect. They have an adjustable soft/ firm control system. The price was fair, but my main focus is a quiet, clean room with a comfortable bed for a great night's sleep. The only negative is that I wished that I had had a tub to soak in, but I was too tired to change rooms anyway. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel in general was very clean, and the staff was very helpful. As usual it was a great experience! There was a small stain on the carpet, no big deal at all. Only 3 towels for the 4 of us, but was easily rectified by the staff.

We have a new baby so we took advantage of my husband's workshop for work and made a weekend out of it. We have stayed here before and both times were good. They provide fee coffee in lobby and staff was accommodating. Hot tub was hot. Bed was comfy. Hotel was clean. Only small issue is that the thermostat was a bit hard to regulate the room's temperature. Bathroom is a little awkward to navigate and sink was a little clogged.

Hotel was about average but pretty nice. Breakfast cost about $10 even if you have the "continental" breakfast. Location is convenient and it's easy to get to places to eat close by. The appearance of the hotel is nice.

Hotel staff and room were very nice. Beds are air adjustable just like at home so slept very good. Lobby and room furnishings were very nice. Only complaint was breakfast. A sign on the wall say's $9.95 per person, but after examination, was only a $2 buffet charge. Was primarily continental. The steam table items were stale biscuits and gravy, burnt bacon, sausages, no eggs. I think they'd make you some eggs for $9.95. I stayed at the Hampton Amarillo on the round trip and the breakfast was free and much better.
