Just stayed at this hotel and found it to be clean, beds were awesome, area felt quite safe and breakfast was good. One employee in particular, Michelle - at front desk was really friendly and so helpful to us - I really appreciate her. It is a little off the main drag of I40, much quieter but inconvenient if you've got family staying at other hotels in town, but we liked it anyway & rate was ok at $72. Only negatives I had were that the height of the bathroom sink and counter was rather high, (I guess for a tall person), and my husand was annoyed that the hall light shown in under the door. I didn't actually notice but we just blocked it with newpaper when we went to sleep. Other than that no complaints - all was well.

Our family stayed here while we visited the area so we could see the "Texas" musical at the Palo Duro Canyon. The hotel is new and the smell of fresh chocolate chip cookies greeted us when we arrived at the hotel. The front desk clerk was friendly and also gave us directions to the Palo Duro Canyon. The rooms were really large and the beds were comfortable. It was a quiet hotel. The only down side to our stay was the breakfast service the next morning. The cook was pleasant but wasn't able to keep up with the number of people trying to eat breakfast that morning. Containers and pitchers were constantly empty or the food was cold.

We stayed here twice this summer, going on a trip and coming home, and likely won't stay here again. On our first night the bathroom was not clean, the bed was poorly made (how hard is it to tuck in the bottom sheet?), the walls had scuff marks everywhere, and in the bathroom the sink and toilet are so close together there's no way two people can share the room. Also, the sink handle didn't work right. When we checked out we were given $10 off the room because of that problem. On our second stay, the sheets had small tears in them, the bed was poorly made, again, and there were people nearby slamming doors until midnight. What has become of hotel etiquette?? Because of the noise problem, the front desk clerk took $20 off the room charge. So it pays to complain when necessary, but we'd rather stay someplace where we don't have to complain! Also, the only places to eat nearby are fast-food, although it's not that far to town, where there are a lot of choices. If you like Mexican food, try Rosa's Cafe - delicious!

A very nice and newer Hotel. I felt safe and secure as a business woman traveling alone. I will for sure stay here again. It was easy to get to and just as nice as staying at home with all the extras.
