Very untraditional hotel. It is an old hotel that is not well kept in appearance at all. The price was great and the room was clean...with the exception of the vine growing in our room from a crack in the window. THis hotel has businesses inside the hotel...i.e. barber shop, restaurant, etc. There were visible water spots all over the ceilings of the hotel and the floors in the hallways and lobby were dirty. THe front desk gave us no information about trolleys that ran to local attractions or the breakfast they served in the morning....we brought our own because the Internet said they didn't have breakfasts. This is what I get for waiting until the day before a holiday to book a hotel in Arlington. We stayed at the Wingate last year just down the road from the Knights Inn and it has a great price also and it's newer....ALOT NEWER. We had a great time in Arlington anyway! The hotel pool was nice...it was 9ft deep....not very traditional for a hotel pool.....the kids loved it.
