I will just have to think of more reasons to visit Austin because the Four Seasons Hotel
Austin is beginning to feel just like home only with better service! The international staff ooze the winning combination of Texas charm and Southern hospitality and good manners. They honestly just can't do enough for their guests. Justine Bloomingdale

Room Tip: Lake View rooms just make it feel like a mini vacation.

The attention to detail is superb. The concierge desk went out of their way to help me with my cell phone battery problems. The staff is unmatched anywhere in Austin. The spa is small enough to feel cozy and attentive. Trio breakfast was delicious. The head of sales, Marlon Davis, is a pro and so very helpful and accommodating.

Room Tip: I had a standard room that had a view of the lake. It was fun watching the boats and the back grounds were also a good place to watch joggers and dog walkers. It's a good view for "people watchers".

I've stayed at the Four Seasons twice in the last year on my trips to Austin. The service is superb; the accommodations perfect; the amenities the best. I've had spectacular service on both visits. They follow up to make sure the room is as requested. They also pay attention to the smallest detail and take care of it. The service in the bar and by the pool has been 5-star and super Austin-friendly. The rooms are a nice size and the beds & pillows are very comfortable. I usually travel with an extra memory foam pillow but it's not needed here. Coming from a person with bad neck and lower back issues, that is a high compliment. As for amenities, it's great to be right on Town Lake with access to kayaks, paddle boards, etc. But the best is the pool and poolside service in the spring through fall months. I'm now hooked & won't stay anywhere else.

Terrific hotel. Awesome amenities! Staff amazingly friendly and helpful. The rooms are always immaculate and clean. The beds are the comfiest in town. Great bar with great music and lively atmosphere. Love the pool-side service and paddle-boarding on the lake below. My favorite hotel in Austin hands down!

Room Tip: Love the south side overlooking the lake!

From the Savoy in London to the Bel Air in LA, coming home the the Four Seasons in Austin is my favorite hotel experience of all. Outstanding top management is reflected in the warm, welcoming, efficient, responsive staff at every level and superlative service, 24/7. The hotel is spotlessly clean everywhere and environmentally mindful. The food is terrific. The public spaces are gracious and capture that great Austin energy and vibe. I've stayed at the Four Sevens dozens of times since 2007. Every room has been equally well appointed and quiet with the best beds and pillows of any hotel I've ever visited. Morning coffee service and afternoon iced tea in the reception area are daily treats. A well equipped, spacious gym and elegant, full service spa are a huge plus for busy business travelers like me and all guests. The location is perfect...walking distance to downtown shops and activities when I don't want to drive. I always feel at home at Austin's fantastic and memorable Four Seasons Hotel. You will, too.
