Called Travis who brought the bikes to my hotel really fast. Rode all day then locked the bikes up and he came back and got them. Highly recommend Austin Bike rentals to everyone.

Very good deal. We rented two bikes and kept them overnight in outr hotel. Thr total price was something like 40 dollars. The bikes were in good condition. Not the top of the line but good three speed biked with baskets, helmet and lock.

We didnt do the tour but we met a couple who did and they said it was awesome so we'll do it on our next visit.

The only hitch was that thier office wasn't open yet so we had to calll and have the bikes delivered to our hotel.

The service was prompt and they had us lock the bikes to a pole ouside our hotel so we didnt have to wait around for them to pick them up when we were done

My girlfriend and I were in town for a few days, and had our nights well accounted for, but needed something fun to do during the day. It wasn't till about 1pm the day of, that we found their website, but they were really nice and said they could have a bike delivered to us within the hour! We had thought we would be renting two individual bikes, but when they showed up they had a really sweet tandem in the trailer too, and my girlfriend talked me into it. For about twenty bucks we rode around downtown and the hike and bike trail until we got our fill, and what's more, they came and picked us up and gave us a ride back to our hotel for free! The tandem got a lot of smiles from people as we rode by ringing our bell! Maybe the tandem isn't your style, but if you need to rent a bike for the day, give these guys a call they were very professional, quick and cheap!

This weekend we were in Austin for the holiday weekend and feeling overstuffed from all the holiday food, we thought it would be a good idea to get some exercise. We found a brochure in the lobby of our hotel about bike tours and decided it might be fun to combine exercise with getting to know Austin a little bit better. Little did we know that we were going to end up playing like kids and having one of the most fun times we have had in a long time. The tour was just great! Travis was our guide and he suited us up in safety gear. We were a little disappointed in having to wear helmets, but as he pointed out, all it would take would be to hit a rock or a curb accidentally and we might take a tumble that could lead to a head injury that could last a lifetime. The helmets turned out to be comfortable and he adjusted them for each of us to make it fit comfortably. I actually forgot it was on once we got going on the trail, and we took them off for the activities like disc golf. I had never played disc golf but it turns out that it is so much fun and not nearly as hard as i thought it might be. Travis challenged us to race each other to find out frisbees (not a rule but just something he thought up for fun) and all of a sudden I felt like I was 10 instead of 40 years old. We also got to do a little shopping and the bikes had little bags on the sides to store out things in. We saw parts of Austin I probably never would have seen as we wound around underneath busy roads on the bicycle trails, and learned lots of historical facts about the city. I was sad when the tour was over and not only did we get great exercise, I felt completely refreshed. The most convenient part of it all was the Travis picked us up at out hotel and dropped us back off, so all in all, we didn't have to stress about anything at all. Totally want to come back in the summer and do a Bat Tour!
