This is a great place to get a little historical information on the State of Texas. The exhibits are smart and interesting, and there are plenty of little films shown depicting some (in nice, cool places with comfortable seats). I was in a wheelchair and only had one bad surface to contend with -- but, I really wanted to see the exhibit, so I sallied forth and made it across to a wonderful gallery with terrific paintings by a Plains Indian artist; the museum was not very forthcoming with printed take-home material on the artist, which was a disappointment. As museums go, though, it was a lot of fun.
