Fun way to spend time under the sun. Very relaxing, peaceful, beautiful scenery. Never imagined kayaking would be so much fun. Great experience overall. Would recommend u go early to beat the rush, by 11 would be good, n before it starts getting too hot

“Family Fun--very affordable”
Reviewed 4 July 2013

Enjoyed a fun time with nine family members. Staff is helpful and great with beginners. Getting such a large group on the water was fast and affordable. Scenery was beautiful and the water was warm. Great staff! Will return next time we have the opportunity!

We rented a canoe for an hour for my husband, our 2 young daughters(8 and 3) and myself. It was easy to maneuver and we went early in the morning so there wasn't 1000's of people there yet. They have a gravel parking area, so that helps since some of the other docks don't. We were able to buy gatorades there and had a blast. The girls loved seeing the turtles and fish.

“Great way to spend an hour!”
Reviewed 14 June 2013

I've always wanted to paddle around Town Lake but I always thought it would be too big of a hassle. It was definitely not! Parking was easy, we pulled up right at 7PM which was good since they close at 8 and send out their last hour rentals at 7. The employees were super friendly, we paid $15 for an hour double kayak. We had a total blast, the weather was perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would definitely recommend this company and experience to someone visiting Austin!

“Kayaking fun on Lady Bird Lake”
Reviewed 6 September 2012

I'm not an avid kayak-er but the weather was hot and I wanted some outdoor exercise. This place did not disappoint. Nice staff, close parking. They are just west of the Zilker Park jogging bridge. The prices were great at $10/ hour for a single kayak and $15 for a double. They have paddle boards too. Their kayaks and are easy to maneuver and are not those short hard to control ones. Either direction you paddle is good. I prefer going west to the dam. There is an island where you can stop and have a picnic in the middle of the river.
