“Beautiful”

The place is beautiful with peacocks and peahens to entertain you. Very calm and scenic environment. They rent out function halls and accommodation for group activities/functions.

“Place of Peace”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 26 February 2013

I have been visiting Radha Madhav Dham for the last few years probably at least twice a year. I have been there during festivals, camps, mela, intensives, and even just to relax. I find it a very peaceful and serene place to stay. It is about 30 - 40 mins from the Austin Airport, mostly always the taxis know where is it. Taxi cost maybe 50 - 60 dollars. The accommodations are simple and comfortable and the people there are very helpful if there are any questions and request. They have private with attached bath and dorm style room with shared bath also. The food is nutritious and healthy along with tasty. The Temple is exquisite and the grounds are beautiful to walk around. They have 2 daily prayer sessions and darshan of the main shrine through certain times of the day. You can also help out with service in the kitchen and so forth if you enjoy doing service. I have always had a great time each time I have visited. Peaceful and an experience you will cherish.

“Vrindavan @ US”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 16 November 2012

Amidst the serene beauty of Austin lies this piece of land which is very near the holy abode's true gift to all, "the nature". I was surprised to visit a road named after village of Radha Rani here at Austin and adding to my surprise the place is a real vrindavan in US. One visiting Austin must visit this temple, you may go to a resort and feel the nature but here the atmosphere is so serene you tempt to lose yourself to the holy Abode more. Liked discussing the life of an old lady from Australia who has been a follower for a quiet a while now and stays to serve the temple here.

“Beautiful settings and interesting architecture - worth visiting”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 November 2012

If you do not have the opportunity to visit India, this temple and it's grounds should give you a very good way to experience the culture and customs from a remote location. The temple is located on a large swath of land and has large gardens....
You can try to visit during one of the religious holidays and have the additional experience of seeing the place packed with worshipers and watch the programs.
