We found this unique little gem tucked away in a parking lot off Congress Street on a recent trip to Austin. Living in Southern California we've had more than our share of tacos and burritos. This is a whole other experience - Navajo frybread instead of the standard tortilla. We had chicken tacos, which were overflowing with spice rubbed chicken, topped with more spicy sauce, beans, fresh chopped tomatoes and lettuce. There are also dessert frybreads listed on the menu - including a Smores frybread - but the taco was a meal in itself and we had to pass. Wish we lived closer, we'd be back for more.
