Went today for lunch. We had the#5, white pizza, red onions, ham, sage! Really good. Didn't have apps. So can't comment. Place was quiet so service was decent and not a long wait for food. Ate outside, plenty of room inside also. Definitely will be back, just love thin crust.

I grew up in Connecticut, with heavy doses of Pepe's, Sally's and Modern, so I was very sceptical of finding real "New Haven style" pizza in Texas. But I was pleasantly surprised with Salvation Pizza. The crust was nice and thin, with a good scorch on it. And the ingredients and toppings tasted really fresh, which is not always the case with pizzas in Austin. I don't think this stacks up to the original(s) in New Haven, but it's a darn good option for darn good pizza in Austin.

The outdoor patio is great (weather permitting), but there isn't a ton of seating inside or out. Parking on 34th street is sometimes not real fun, but you can usually find something within easy walking distance. Prices are a bit higher than some other Austin pizza options, not much though and justifiably so in my opinion.

I will definitely be eating here again.

If you love thinner crust pizzas this is the place for you. Their pizzas have unique flavor combinations and price to match. After you take the first bite you may realize that you bought pizza with quality ingredients. If you don't then you may want have your tastebuds checked.

Good pizza on a cool place. No parking but you might find a place on the street. The pizza pies are good and not too bad of a price. The service is very average. Good selection of local beers.

Went here on Tues. night around 8:30pm and sat in the outside patio dining area. There was 3 of us and we had no wait to be seated. It was perfect evening for it and it seemed like a perfect time in the evening, there were other people dining outside but it was not crowded and no children running around. We had a great dinner! We enjoyed the garlic bread and pizza. Pizza has a thin crust and is very crispy....very good! Toppings were great, they were very fresh and flavorful! I am very surprised this place isn't ranked higher on here. I enjoyed it very much and would go again!
