Had a great stay at the Doubletree in Austin this weekend. Kygh and Emilee at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to take care of some special requests that we had. The van driver Zach took us to a restaurant on Saturday night and was very prompt in picking us up when we called for a ride back.

First time at this property and stayed three nights. Property is older and is showing it's age. Nevertheless, it is still maintained well from a housekeeping perspective. Beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. Bar drinks are pricey.

Still wondering why there was free coffee in the lobby the first morning (Wednesday) and there wasn't the other two mornings (had to pay for it in the restaurant).

typical doubletree standard. blueberry pancakes are great. breakfast buffet price is comparable to blueberry pancakes + juice + coffee. but I do find it annoying that I must post at least 200 characters before you are interested in my comments.

The room was great. However, I was here for a bridge tournament and the restaurant wait was horrendous!!! In the future, I hope you can figure out something that will work that will feed hungry bridge tournaments in a short time.

My stay was great. The room is very clean and hotel gives the option of being green by reusing towels and offering an incentive if used. I love the cookies that are given at the hotel. Staff and service is excellent and would recommend this hotel or chain. This hotel is located close to a variety of different restaurants within walking distance.

Upon arrival the concierge was not atentive, she was carrying a conversation with another worker while checking me in. During breakfast time- greater and server where of no help, did not offer help or directions of how breakfast was served.

Great stay for business or for family vacations. The complimentary parking was a plus! The rooms were very cozy and clean. The service of the staff was helpful and warm. My kids loved the complimentary chocolate chip cookies! Location was walking distance to restaurants and some shopping. I will definitely book a stay for my family here again!
