I tried this southern Italian food restaurant during its grand opening while I was staying at the Embassy Suites in VA. I tried the Shrimp and Scallops with a white sauce of garlic, butter and Italian herbs for $16.95. The delivery was timely (minimum of $15.), the pasta of linguini was well cooked, the portion was small (compared to the portion size of the same item I get in NY) and although I thought the size and amount of shrimp was ok, the size and amount of the scallops was a bit of a let down. The taste of the dish was very tasty although a bit oily and the Italian herbs could not be detected by me. This is a dish that I would order again from this restaurant if I knew they used another type of scallop besides sea scallops or they can add more sea scallops to the dish. I would certainly try this restaurant again.
This restaurant serves everything form salads to veal to tiramisu and everything on the menu is reasonably priced, and only lunch and dinner are served.
