Stopped in to warm our hands with some tea. Good deal at less than two bucks for a large hot tea. The tea is pretty standard bagged tea, with a pretty well varied selection. I also picked up a seriously disappointing gingersnap. It was supposed to be soft and chewy, but it was only soft - the kind of soft a cookie is when it hasn't cooked long enough. It was neither chewy or flavorful. The shop does have lots of space to sit, including a second room. Good place to sit and have a chat.

I've always liked the Wharf, and returned there after several years. We had a nice relaxed seafood inner in an "old town" setting. Despite being in the tourist area, this is a good restaurant.

My friend and I went to the one on South Washignton for coffee yesterday afternoon and really enjoyed our time there. My latte and petitfore pastry were delicious, wifi is free, and they have quite the selection of food for breakfast and lunch. It's cute, and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Excellent pastries and great coffee. Ordered a to-die-for birthday cake and received rave reviews. A one stop shop for a fresh sandwich, newly brewed coffee and something sweet.

Like clockwork, I show up at the Firehook bakery on South Washington Street at 7:45 on week mornings. The selection of fresh breads and pastries often makes it difficulty to choose but muffins, scones and criossants have become my favorites. The coffee is top notch and moderately priced so you can hop in the car or sit at a small table to enjoy a quick breakfast. One large table plays host to a lively group of retirees always engaged in an intense discussion. The servers behind the counter are pleasant and amazingly quick in processing your order. A great place to get started in the morning!
