We were looking for a place convenient to the city but didn't want to pay a lot. Parking was provided in their own garage and the hotel service was great. When checking out there was a mistake made to my bill ( room service) which was corrected immediately. Would recommend and plan on staying here for future trips.

I enjoyed stay here with my 2 kids. We were visiting DC for 1st time and needed a place that was close to Metro and within budget and this definitely was it. The walk to Metro is maybe 3 minutes. So many hotels in DC area charge for parking but it was free here so that was a plus. Parking garage was very small but I guess for free parking can't complain. We ate at restaurant on top floor 1st night and it was very nice and not expensive. We are making trip back to DC this summer and will definitely book here.

We are locked into this hotel because our convention is there (for the last 30 years). The rooms are in desperate need of upgrading. The furniture is old and chipped. But the biggest problem is the thermostat, which has no real temperature settings. Or rather, it has them, but they don't work. If the heat is on, the temperature just keeps going up. At least three other attendees had the same problem. As for the shower-trying to get it set is nearly impossible. When the lever is pulled up, you get a dribble which is either too hot or too cold. The restaurant is just average. One night we were told that they were out of steak, but the person at the next table had steak. The next night 4 of ordered baked potatoes-three of us got them and the 4th was told they were out of them. The menu hasn't changed in years, and is too expensive for what you get. The computer room has only MACs and for those of us not used to them, a big pain. The staff is friendly. Beware the parking lot- the poles are hazardous. I like a softer bed, and these beds are like rocks.

Room Tip: Ask for an upper floor facing the water.

We have stayed here every year for the past few years during g the Washington Book Fair in March but this year our room had no heat in it and school group teenagers banging doors and milling in the hallways! SUPER LOUD AND ANNOYING ESPECIALLY WHEN WE REQUESTED A QUIET LOCATION. We got a change in floors and rooms but it wasn't the same as previous years, a lot of noise from other floors and hallways.

I needed to be in Washington for a night and wanted to find a hotel that was clean, reasonable and convenient. The Holiday Inn Rosslyn @ Key Bridge fit the bill. As the name implies, it is located right next to the Key Bridge with easy access to the city. The room was small, but decent. The bed was comfortable with pillows of varying thickness. Overall, the hotel was a bit worn in places (it is apparently under renovation), but it was more than adequate considering a room on the weekend was under $100 with free parking. Other hotels in the area had comparable rates and charged $20 for parking. It wasn't a luxury stay, but I didn't expect that.

I came on business accompanied by my spouse. The hotel was great! The front desk people were wonderful as were the service staff. I have used the hotel frequently and I always received a free breakfast pass from the front desk. The down-side to this is one of the restaurant staff named Abdul. Abdul was rude and argumentative during nearly every visit but especially on this last visit in February. I observed him almost "stalking" other patrons as well and checking their breakfast pass. He questioned us so often as to whether or not we were supposed to have a free breakfast (which was issued by the front desk) that we became weary of this guy and decided to eat breakfast outside of the hotel.

I would stay there again but not until I confirmed this guy is out. If Abdul is concerned about people sneaking a free breakfast he should have someone manning the entrance and seating the patrons. His nasty disposition was a real turn off.

Room Tip: A room facing Georgetown

Arrived to some great front desk service. Helped me with some travel problems and let me know some local places to visit. Followed up with a call to my room to see if there was anything else they could do. Can't ask for better service than that!
The top of the building restaurant was ok for breakfast with typical US food. But the location is great for the metro (mind you if you hate heights - suggest you take the elevator down!) and a fifteen minute walk across to Georgetown.
