My adult daughter and I went here today for lunch and were blown away. The restaurant looks tiny and the configuration is a bit unconventional but don't let that dissuade you from eating here. Started with an order of K'allu con pan which is a delicious roll slathered in spicy chimichurri and served with a lovely tomato, red onion, and queso salad. Then we had a Masaco of yuca and queso that was fluffy and perfectly cooked. We shared two entrees one was Silpancho de Cordero which is an herb seasoned, pounded lamb loin that is fried and served with delicious white rice and surprisingly delicious "fat fries" of potato. The second entree was Churrasco Bramador - a perfectly seasoned beef, grilled [I believe it was skirt] steak that was tender and delicious served with Bolivian "cheesy rice," fried yuca, and a tomato, onion and beet relish. The starches on both plates looked plain and we expected them to be bland but were so glad to be wrong! The Bolivian "cheesy rice" was confusing in a good way. The aroma didn't match the flavor at all and the texture was so unusual! My daughter thinks that the appetizer roll with chimichurri would be incredible served with the beef. There was also plantain chips served with a delicious spicy salsa on the table. We will be back and have already told people how good the food is here. Definitely worth trying and very reasonably priced.
