“Birthday Brunch on the patio!”
Reviewed 10 July 2014 via mobile

We went to celebrate my daughter's birthday by going to Sunday brunch. We sat out on the patio and had an enjoyable and delicious meal. Blue Ridge Grill offers a diverse menu. The food was was served promptly. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. It was a hot day and she kept our water glasses full. Since we were celebrating our daughter's birthday she even took pictures for us. It was wonderful getting such friendly service. We will definitely go back for brunch!!

“Not family friendly, we were wrong”
Reviewed 7 July 2014

We are living within 2 miles to this restaurant. After reading the great reviews, we thought this is the place to go for our wedding anniversary. Our little daughter (1 year) screamed 2 or 3 times while she was settling down, the older people sitting next to our table were so friendly, but the waitress (a young lady) serving the next table was so rude and she turned back and stared at us couple of times. We didn't want to spoil the mood and asked to pack everything we ordered and headed back home. By the way, the waiter who was serving our table was so nice, but not the others. We will never go back there where a little kid is looked at as an alien.

I never care to write reviews, but just thought if this can help anyone.

“Great patio and lunch options. Nice menu variety”
Reviewed 7 July 2014

On a recent trip to Northern Virginia, we found ourselves having lunch at the Blue Ridge Grill. We sat outside on their patio (very nice) and despite being a moderately hot day, the breeze and shade from the buildings provided for a nice atmosphere. I noticed the patio is also dog friendly as they have cold water and doggie biscuits at the entrance. We ordered some chicken tenders for my 5 year old, and split a burger and a ahi tuna salad between my wife and I. We also ordered the chips and chili appetizer. The appetizer was good...a sweet chili and beans concoction with cheese...not your typical chips and salsa, but was good and a decent portion. The chicken tenders looked hand battered and not out of the frozen food section so my kid enjoyed them. Just enough batter but not too much. The burger was equally good...good quality beef, definitely needing a knife and fork. The ahi tuna salad is served with a good portion of a tuna steak, seared rare. It was a great salad, very refreshing, with just the right amount of dressing. Overall, a good option if you're going to be in Ashburn. We'll be back.

“Simply Delicious”
Reviewed 5 July 2014

Good selection of food and beverage. People have previously mentioned the prime rib in high regards...and I will add to that saying if you are not sure what to get, get the prime rib.

Dessert also quite filling. We will be back soon...

“Sunday BBQ”
Reviewed 17 June 2014 credit card Amex Cardmember Review

Sunday afternoon BBQ is a great deal. I had ribs that fell off the bone, a little past done for me but I know most people like that way, and wife had chicken and shrimp, The Shrimp were huge. Beans were also top-notch as they BBQ'ed them up. Split a banana pudding which was deconstructed but in the best way.

BBQ on the patio, what a great way to spend a Sunday late afternoon.
