“Authentic and realy good”
Reviewed 9 June 2014

Have gone to this owners restaurants when he was in the Seattle area (he had several). He has always done a great job of service and food. Really happy that they came to Anacortes. All of our friends like it also. Seattle's loss!

“Neapolitan Good Cooking”
Reviewed 7 June 2014

Heard about this new Italian restaurant from two different people so decided to made reservations on a Saturday night and check it out. Anacortes has needed a good Italian restaurant for a long time. The nicely decorated restaurant has two seating areas and a large bar area. White linen covered the tables, and a mix of Italian opera and American Italian popular music played in the background. I sipped an excellent Chianti, and my companion, a Chardonnay, both moderately priced, as we studied the menu. A friend had raved about the lasagna so we ordered it along with a spinach salad. The salad was fresh and delicious, and the lasagna was excellent--good Neapolitan cooking! (The owner is from one of the islands off Naples.) The portions are large; we could only eat half and took the rest home for lunch the next day. I read the dessert menu. Oh, all truly Italian, but we were full...next time.

“Great find”
Reviewed 9 May 2014 via mobile

We just happened upon this restaurant and we are glad that we did. We felt like the prices were reasonable. The portion sizes were very generous. The staff were attentive to us. We did not have to wait long for our food after ordering. The women's restroom also had several options for scents of handsoap, lotions, and perfumes. :)

“Evening out with friends”
Reviewed 5 April 2014

This restaurant has great food, is very well decorated and the pricing is reasonable. We have been there several times and it's always been good. They could do some work with the Wait staff though. There's a difference between being attentive and being pushy. Attentive is being there when needed or asking how everyone is doing occasionally. Pushy is coming back very two minutes asking if you are ready to order and not taking the hint after the first 4 or 5 times of our saying no, we're taking our time and chatting. The place was not real busy and when we left there were only a few tables still occupied. We never kept them from seating any other diners so what was the rush.
