“Beautiful Island”
Reviewed 29 October 2013

A must do in case you are in Saranda, the village is beutiful, besides that, there are planty of islands you can visit by different kinds of boats. Dont forget to visit Lion Park while being there, its the place to be for those who want music and younger people around them, cuz Ksamil itself is some time during august overvisited by families and screming children(sometimes) :)

“Average beach, good cheap restaurants around”
Reviewed 6 September 2013

Probably spoilt for nice beaches when i was out working in Greece but to be honest, they were average at best. There nice enough I feel the pictures overhype them they were very popular but there really nothing special and Ksmali is hardly a picturesque village. The beach restaurants were fairly good though with a beer at around €1 and had a risotto for €4 so can't complain there at all!

“Wonderful”
Reviewed 6 September 2013

Cheap prices, bio food and wonderful beaches with small islands. You should visit Albania because is a place to discover. Near Ksamili also You can find Butrinti antic city. With helenistic era, romanistic and Othoman era runis and castels and a very good museum. The city is located in a splenid place sorrunded by green nature and a beautiful lake and laguna.
Go there but not with the greek guidas because they will take 9 Euros for a visa when european don't need visa to Albania. Also they will take 60 euros just for the trip. Too much 40 will be normal.
