I stayed and I loved every part of it. It had very clean rooms, and very friendly service. The price was very good comparing to the other hotels that we saw in Albania. Close to the beach, restaurants and a great view. I would recommend to all of you that are looking for a classy vacation.

We used this hotel for 3 nights as a base for visiting Butrint and Gjirokastor and it was absolutely fine for the money. We had room 108 which was huge with large windows and a balcony over the sea with a fantastic view across the bay over to Corfu. We paid about £35 per night. Breakfast was freshly cooked omelette and toast every morning but quite ok. It was very clean but in common with all of Albania it doesn't pay too look too closely outside especially at the beach which was full of rubbish. The concept of taking rubbish home hasn't arrived In Albania-it's part of the culture to treat public spaces as a tip although we found all restaurants and private places immaculate no matter how modern or primitive they were. This hotel is easy to reach from the port and well situated for local buses minibuses to local destinations. Staff helpful.

Room Tip: 108 and 208. No swimming pool but don't bother thinking about swimming from the beach below.

We stayed one night in this hotel. Not the best one we had, but 20€/night for 2 was our cheapest stay in Albania. Little balcony with seaview was good.

Location is perfect: <5min walk far from the bus stations, right on the seafront, etc...

I don't recommend the breakfast downstairs (not included), except for their freshly squizzed orange juice.

We chose this hotel because of a rather good ranking on TripAdvisor and partner sites, and I was never before let down by the ranking and/or the reviews. This time it was different, this hotel is below mediocre. The rooms are poorly maintained and small. There is a lot of noise because you have a busy street on one side and the port on the other side. I wouldn't swim in the beach there - it looked dilapidated, like a scene from a post-apocalyptic movie. Breakfast is ridiculously poor, served in the restaurant which is only attached to the "hotel" but not part of it. We were the first guests for breakfast, the lady that was cleaning the floor left the mop aside, went to the kitchen to fry us some eggs and got back to mopping afterwards. The waiter served the eggs with bread only and that was it. There is no internet in the rooms but only on what they call a lobby area, the thing is that this hotel basically has only a small sofa for a lobby, no space there - I've seen elevators bigger than their so-called lobby. The desk has no computer, which is probably why they mix up reservations. They changed our reservation from double room with sea view to a very small single bed room without letting us know. We only found out once we were there, after we drove for seven hours. The receptionist tried to be helpful but she was inexperienced, while the owners were very rude. We stayed there for one night only but we noticed that other guests were complaining about different things. There are many, many more hotels in Saranda, better and cheaper and most certainly with better hosts. Pick any of those other hotels and you will do better.

Room Tip: Do not accept a room that does not have a sea view.

Hotel is located both at the seaside as well as city center. Very friendly staff, ready to help you if needed. Rooms are spacy and clean. Comfortable beds. Most of them have a seawiev. Breakfast is served on the seaside terrace. In the evenings it's easy to find cheap snacks or even a topclass restautants on few minutes walk. Surely recommended.

Room Tip: Ask for rooms 108 or 208, they have big balconies direct wiev over the harbour. Even the side rooms have a wiev, but balconies are smaller. We visited during the weekend so it was quite, but have heard that during weekdays there might be a bit noisy, because of ship yard. However rooms are quite well sound isolated.
