Newish hotel, but with many of the drawbacks of older places: noisy on-street location, large bedrooms but sparsely furnished and poorly lit, single glazing and flimsy curtains, poor sound insulation between rooms and echoing stone corridors in which there always seems to be someone talking loudly. Anybody who has travelled in the Middle East will find it familiar.
Restaurant adequate although dominated by blaring TV screens, even pour le petit dejeuner.
In its favour is the fairly central location and reasonable proximity to the railway station.
