room was very small and heating worked only in the bathroom. Wi-Fi didn't work except sometimes in the lobby. Swimming pool didn't have heated water. I have to say that bowling room is great as well as food offered in the hotel. Personall is average. They offer several local TV channels only. Smoking is allowed allover the hotel but there are few places for non smokers too. I have heard that other (new) part of hotel is much nicer so choose this part if possible.

Great place! the food is good, the design of the hotel is great and the facilities are also great! Worth staying at it. It is hard to get to the hotel if you don't have figured out your own transportation. There is a option the hotel to provide transportation but personally I think it is overpriced.

Unfortunately I was only able to experience Jahorina in a foggy, non-winter time, but the hotel almost made up for it. The aesthetics are great, with lots of warm woods and stonework. The rooms are clean, modern, and accommodating in every way. Internet access is strong, and the bathrooms are nice. I only had the buffets in the dining room, but the food was excellent and varied every meal. It's a really lovely place and I look forward to going back. My only quibble is that the airport shuttle was a bit sluggish and I almost missed check-in, so if you are taking advantage of that plan to leave extra early.

Room Tip: I was in the new wing which was amazing; I don't know if the old wing is as nice, though I would...

Very elegant at Termag. Use of stone and massive wood as well as fire wood in innovative ways makes for a very interesting, modern and elegant space, both the rooms and the common areas. Very good conference facilities as well as nice spa and swimmingpool facilities. Situated in beautiful mountain area makes it a good retreat location. the only thing waying negatively was bland and boring food at dinner.

This was a business trip but I had enough time to explore the hotel facilities and enjoy the beauty of Jahorina mountain. Excellent, spacious and clean rooms with magnificent view, delicious food (traditional Bosnian food) and very helpful staff. Great pool area.

Early in the morning you might see several wild horses in front of the hotel. This what was really surprising for all hotel guests.

Staying at this hotel for a conference I did not know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms and the well appointed conference facilities. The meeting rooms are very nicely decorated and have a great view of the ski hill. The rooms are spacious and good value for money and the buffet at breakfast and dinner were good quality and were changed from day to day so it didn't get boring.
There were two main things that were downsides to the hotel. Number one was with the electrical system in the meeting room which had problems more than once. The second was the ongoing construction taking place, although this is understandable during the off season.
All in all I left feeling like I want to return with my family this winter for a good value hotel in the Jahorina ski area.

This is an excellent hotel, the staff are very polite, ready to help with anything you need. The food is varied and extremely tasty. The atmosphere is relaxing, I felt at home, it was quiet, very clean and tidy. The pool area is great. The location is superb, close to larger cities, yet great for long walks in the forest. I would recommend it to anyone coming to Jahorina.
