This is a very good, but not great, Rodizio style restaurant. The grilled meat is their specialty, as with all Rodizios, and this one is as good as any other I´ve been to in Brazil. The hot and cold buffet that is included is ok also but the meat selection is more stand out. The waiters were engaging and made an effort to explain the diferent cuts.
There is nothing to complain about with Gauchos - it is what it is, a Rodizio. There are better ones in Brazil, but probably not in Manaus.
