I ate dinner here twice.

Night #1) It took 25 minutes to order, and about 45 minutes for the food to come out. Service was average, and the restaurant was fairly empty.

Night #2) It took 55 minutes to order (had to hunt down a waiter to even get a menu) and 75 minutes for food to come out. There were only six tables eating dinner. The waiter never checked back a single time to see how food was. The table next to ours was so perplexed with the wait, they went into the kitchen since waiters were impossible to find. My guess is the servers were also the cooks.

Food is average, at best. Pricey for the quality. This only gets a second star since they did a good job on their breakfast buffet. Just avoid this place when you have to order from a menu. You could get a cab into town and get back in a shorter amount of time than a meal at Naia.

Dear Mr. mmt7,

First we would like to thank your comments. It is important to know how the client feels in our restaurant. We sincerely apologize for what happened! As you can see, we have several other positive reviews and our customer service has always exceeded expectations. There were some days with failures in the operation of servers, but it has been adjusted. We had days of high demand during the World Cup and maybe this has negatively impacted on the a la carte service, which is a more delicate service. Nothing justifies their dissatisfaction, so invite a return on our behalf, so you get better conclusions about our restaurant. Once again, we´re sorry.

If you don't mind waiting over an hour for a pasta or burger sure this place is ok... Try the shopping mall good court next door if you want to eat before you starve!

Meals were satisfactory. Very little English spoken- communication difficult. Free breakfast the usual fare.

I ate at this restaurant twice last week while on business in Manaus. The food was OK but the service at dinner was incredibly slow. I believe service in Brazil may be slow in general but there is no excuse for what I experienced. The restaurant had only a couple of other groups at tables and it took us 2 hours to be served and get the bill. Two nights later, the experience was the same.
