This place has a huge menu selection. Our waitress was very friendly and service was good. I ordered the stuffed shells and my husband had the lasagna both were good but not amazing. This place came highly recommended to us by some friends. We drove 45 minutes and were expecting more. The restaurant itself could use a makeover; everything looks well used and simply tired. And don't look up - the ceiling tiles are disgusting.

The food was outstanding. Plenty of food for not so big a price. Great service. Our server Jessica was really nice. It was our first visit but definitely will not be our last.

This place is very popular. However, their food is not authentic Italian. It is a version of Italian food, but not in a good way. Their food is quite heavy, grease laden. It is popular because people think they are getting a 'deal' with the huge portions they take home. The day after, however, you will discover your leftovers caked in congealed grease/fat/butter.

The salads are dull - iceberg lettuce, factory shredded carrots. Soups generally are too salty; they use either canned soups or frozen veggies.

Atmosphere - too loud, too dark.

The food is great and the portions are enormous! That part hasn't changed. But...... The place is filthy!!!!! Decor is outdated, used to have table cloths on tables. The bathroom was disgusting! Our server wasn't very attentive. I doubt I'll go back.

Dined at Victoria's for the first time. I had chicken parmigiana and my dinner guest had the pasta with Alfredo sauce. We both rated our meals a 6 out of 10. The food is decent and you get lots of it for a fair price. The service was also good. Some recommendations to the management would be:

1. The Italian vinaigrette dressing lacked flavor
2. Chicken parm should not be deep fried, rather the chicken should be tenderized and the pan fried.
3. Paint some murals on the outside of your building as the restaurant has no curb appeal.
4. The bread rolls looked like hamburger buns. Consider some quality Italian bread and/or focaccia.
