Nobile Suite Monumental
Ranked #23 of 57 Hotels in Brasilia

The hotel best described as "adequate." I rate it "poor" only because I expect a little more for the price, even in more expensive cities. There is neither anything special about it nor anything particularly bad. It is clean if you don't look too close. Bedding is very basic, breakfast is edible. The Internet works (very slowly at times). Even the showers are lukewarm. The rooms are a bit small as they've tried to market them as "suites" with separate living and sleeping areas, cramming in a desk, bed, dresser, couch and dining area into a standard-size room. You won't use the dining area or kitchen because there is nothing to eat or drink, and there is no grocery nearby. Staff are obsessed with policy: don't try to check in before 2pm--they will do it, and you'll find a "early check in" charge on your bill.

All the expected features are there, but only barely. For example, there is a kitchen, but no plates, cups, mugs, silverware, coffee maker or tea kettle (seriously, even cheap hotels have some source of caffeine in the room!). This is a solid C effort. A passing grade for sure, but nobody should be proud of it.

Room Tip: It's a bit noisy outside: just standard city noise, which helps me sleep actually. If it bother...

This is a combat hotel but nothing special. We had to stay here in the world cup because FIFA had the monopoly of the hotels and sold this as a very expensive hotel. It was not worth and the rooms are old and uncomfortable. The staff is nice and recognize the manager who tried hard to make us feel better. For a 4 Stars hotel you can find much better hotels in Brasilia. This is a place that I will not come back hence don´t recommend.

Room Tip: Ask for a Suite. The regular rooms are very Average to say the least!

The location was good, but the service was just terrible, the front desk were very slow, rude and just generally unhelpful, we had issues with wi-fi, the TV and other services that a shrug of the shoulders was an acceptable response, the worst experience out of the 4 hotels we stayed in whilst travelling around Brasil, I can't express my disgust at the utter lack of basic courtesy and good manners, I would not stay here again even if it was for free, wi-fi is useless and you have to pay to use the terminals in the lobby

Expensive hotel, even by Brasilia standards. Breakfast was great, and I was glad there was free wifi available in the rooms.
My room was spacious, with a microwave and a small kitchen. There was also a small office desk and a reasonably comfortable chair.
My main complaint here is that apparently this hotel can't handle all guests taking a shower around the same time. Everyday when I was showering (between 7:40am to 8:20am), there was a shortage of hot water, and I had to finish my bath with a tiny stream of icy cold water. This is something completely unforgivable in a hotel in this price level.

I had been in Brasília and I was spending a few days in the Nobile Suítes Monumental. This hotel was excelent. They had a nice enviroment, with a pool in the top floor and a very good breakfast. The rooms were superb, spacious and equipped with refrigerator, air conditioning and microwave. The location was great, because this was in the downtown, next to several tourist places if you want to visit them. This hotel is a little expensive, especially if you go there in the beginig of the week, because of congress meeting, but the cost vs. benefit is worth. Me and my friend enjoyed a lot to stay at this hotel.
