Beirut has been around for many years. Its charms lie in its history and the people - customers and restaurant staff alike. The service is normally snappy, although not always so during the weekends when the place can get very crowded. Decent arabic food stands out on the menue. Also try the local beer. There's a second Beirute on the north wing (asa norte) of Brasilia, well known as a LGBT waterhole. All in all a nice, very simple place, great for going with friends for a snack/meal and a beer or two.
