Good location near the football stadium and the shopping centres. Rooms are well appointed and breakfast ok if you avoid the incinerated bacon. Left early on last morning and no alternative available for breakfast which was disappointing given how much we paid per night. I would stay elsewhere if returning to Brasilia.
Tip on seeing the sites - easy to get around using the local buses. Don't waste your money on an expensive tour!

My husband and I just stayed here for the World Cup. It's a perfect location in Brasilia as its walking distance to the stadium. The hotel doesn't offer too much else besides the room, breakfast and a pool. We didn't need any other amenities because we were there for the World Cup. The staff was a little slow with checkin and checkout process. The lines seemed to be a bit long during peak flight arrival times. We also had to wait until 2pm to check in when we arrived at 6:45am on an international flight. They held our luggage which was good but didn't offer any early check in option. They also offered little to no restaurant advice. I'd recommend sticking with TripAdvisor for restaurants. One hotel staff member recommended the mall food court for dinner!! We stayed in Building F which was the Melia Suites. The room was very spacious and clean. Again, we didn't need much for the trip. I would definitely consider staying here again if we return to Brasilia.

Stayed at the hotel 2 nights during the world cup games. Location is very good for the stadium as you can walk there in 10-15 mins. However, the service and management are severely lacking. The breakfast area lacks sufficient staff (dirty tables, insufficient cutlery etc) and check out before the game was excessively delayed. Only two out of four attendants working at 11 30am-12 00 which is not only the scheduled check out time but also 1 hr before the game happening in Brasilia. When I suggested that they call more people to take care of a line that was taking more than 20 mins (this is for check out!), a member of staff, Patricia, told me they were having lunch... Seriously, amateur service and clearly a lack of any management.

Though it was a busy week during the world cup, with more than 35k fellow Colombians flooding the city, the hotel never looked nor seemed cramped. As part of the Melia family, you’d expect it to be just what it is; a great hotel, with English speaking staff, nice and big, spacious suites, fully equipped. The bedroom was great and had separate kitchen, living room with TV set, great view on both parts of the suite, very comfortable bedroom, though expected a king size bed to be honest. The bathroom big and very well equipped, as the rest of the room.
Among the best things I encountered:
• Great room service (though had to ask them not to charge me a small bucket of ice I ordered! Though it wasn’t much, charging for it was a bit too much. They did change it and nothing else to say about that.
• The food I ordered almost every night was quite good and rightly priced
• The breakfast, just above par, but the plates were a bit small to serve it.
• Excellent facilities all-around
• Location!!! Simply the best and in our case, just across the Stadium, which meant… walking distance.
In other words… recommend it if within your budget range.

Room Tip: A room overlooking the fountains and highway

The rooms are good, with good bed. The internet speed is slow and there is no coffee maker in the room! the restaurants is OK for dinner, but the breakfast is good. Overall, just about OK hotel in Brasilia.

It's fair to state that we were visiting for the World Cup, so service may be better or worse than is usually the case. Upon arriving at the hotel, it seemed to be quite imposing with a huge convention center attached and multiple towers so we were hoping for a great experience. We didn't exactly get it, but it wasn't terrible. It's probably best if you're a business traveller. Here's a summary:

Pro:
- central location right next to the national stadium, Eixo do Monumental, and TV tower
- large rooms with comfy beds which were quite modern compared to our other Brazilian hotels
- wide selection at breakfast (even an omelette bar), however you need to get there early if you want to find a table
- Strong Wifi signal throughout the complex

Con:
- availability of restaurants. This was such a head-scratcher to us. We arrived at around 8pm the night before the final Group Stage match of the World Cup. We were tired from travel and the Hotel boasted 6 different restaurants in the complex throughout elevators and hotel signage. Out of all of them, there was a jazz lounge in the lobby open and one restaurant open, which was disappointing and stunning during such a tourist heavy time.

- condition of rooms. We had two issues here.
1. Some of the fixtures seemed a bit shoddy and some of the outlet plates were sunk back into the wall. Also had multiple different plug types within the same room which was a bit odd.
2. We requested a non-smoking room (which was on a non-smoking floor) and upon walking in to our room we immediately were overwhelmed by a smoky odor. The desk staff was nice enough (and we were lucky enough) that another room was available, but it wasn't a good first impression.

Room Tip: Ask for a rom with a view of the Eixo Monumental. Grat photo ops of the TV tower, fountain, and nat...

I stayed at the hotel for one of the cup matches, since it's very close to the stadium. There are three different buildings in this hotel and my room was in the F building. The room was very spacious and comfortable, definitely lots of space, but the furnishings felt a little dated. The hotel staff spoke very good English and was very friendly and helpful.

There are many different restaurant options on the property and right across the street is Fogo De Chao so you really can't go wrong. The breakfast is fantastic, with lots of options. After the cup matches, the hotel had a live band in the Budweiser lounge, which was actually a lot of fun and a nice touch to enjoying the atmosphere. What was unusual was that there are limited TV options, as they only turn on the extra channels during games, but the wifi was good speed.
