We really spent a good time at this hotel and Iguassu falls. Highly recommended, it costs money but I think at least try one night if you cannot afford more nights. These are the reasons:
1.-You can enjoy the sunrise and sunset in front of the hotel, with no people around you. The hotel is located inside of the park, which opens from 9 to 5pm.
2.-You won't enjoy the Brazilian side in one day with too many people, and maybe you will need to go back, it means to spend 2 days tickets and 2 round trip taxi if you are not a guest.
3.-Good quality and variety of food.
4.-Like the amenities in the room, brazilian havaianas.
5.-If your cloth is wet, you may send it to the laundry "to dry" without cost.
6.-There is a tower at the hotel, where you can take good pictures, sunrise or sunset, don't miss it.
7.-Hotel staff very friendly, especially at the reception.
This is the place if you are looking for natural beauty, relax, especial vacations :)

Highly recommended...as the hotel is inside the national park...and yo can wake up early and go for a walk in the park with no one but a few guests there!!
the breakfest is the highlight...best fruit quality I've ever seen in a breakfest...dinner, also great...with option for everyone!!! The hotel room was really clean...and the attention for details, great!!
The only suggestion is that once a room is booked, hotel should contact guests and advise that car s are not permitted inside and the park ticket you need to purchase in the arrival. As a 5 star hotel, maybe, management, should buy ticktes prior to guests arrival and put it on the hotel bill...

This was the best accommodation we had in South America. There is not one thing we can fault about this hotel. The room was wonderful (right down to the havianas thongs that were supplied).
The bathroom was luxurious with all the modern extras expected in a hotel of this standard. Complimentary bottled water was welcome. The only criticism is the omission of tea/coffee making facilities in the room. This would have been a welcome extra after being out under the falls getting wet many times. The grounds are magnificent and the position so close to the falls makes for a wonderful stay. The bar, dining room and lounge facilities are all impeccable. The breakfast provided around the pool was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

This beautiful hotel is situated in a National Park, literally over the road from the spectacular Iguazu Falls. As the park is closed to the public from 6pm till next morning, guests have the Falls to themselves at the most beautiful times of day. A beautiful setting, with great facilities - huge swimming pool, with very attentive staff; well-groomed gardens; an elegant restaurant, with delicious food; champagne served on the lawns at sunset - a lovely touch as we watched the Falls disappear into darkness; numerous Coatimundis scurrying around the lawns and the Falls paths, entertaining everyone; and of course the thunder of the Falls, with the boardwalk giving amazing views along the edge of the river. Loved my stay there, and could have spent days relaxing if we had time.
