Owner description: Take a stroll down the city's main street, stopping for a coffee or beer at one of the numerous sidewalk cafes, great for people watching.

Tourist hotels are located within walking distance, so once you've seen the falls and hiked, this is a good street to find food, entertainment and shopping. As stated by others, you can find American fast food as well as upscale local food. There are a few upscale souvenir shops. It's a good place to practice you limited Spanish, though don't expect everyone to there to speak English.

Lots of restaurants and bars..good if you have extra days in Foz..otherwise, skip it and spend more time at the falls, and parks..nothing really special to see or places to eat..

This is the main street if Foz du Igaucu in Brazil. Itr has Mc Donalds and Subway a very welcome sight when you can not speak Portuguese and do not know what food you are ordering. It also has a very nice church also.

Nice central avenue with lots of bars, nightlife some restaurants, a big supermarket which has a buffet restaurant perfect for the backpacker, quality and cheap food. It's also easy to get to as many buses pass it.

This is one of the main streets in the city and also part of central. There are many fancy restaurants and bars around but they are too expensive. Most food portions are for 2 people, so if you are a solo traveler you might end up eating Subway which also on this street.
