This restaurant is truly a jewel along the Po River near the town of Guastalla. There specialty is a slow roasted Ham Hock, marinated for 24 hours then baked. It is delicious, the meat falls off the bone and is so tender and juicy. yum yum. The price is right too, at only 10€. They also serve pizza and of course beer. Check it out if you are in the Parma or Reggio area.
