Been there a hundred times! It has recently changed it's address but the atmosphere remains the same. This is not a place for regional cuisine. The 'chef', Mr. Naim, worked in different spots in Sao Paulo and had the chance to be trained by the renowned French chef Paul Boccuse. Naim was also awarded a Boccuse D'or for his achievements in modern cuisine. The restaurant serves a sophisticated food with a local influence, marked by local spices and ingredients. I would say prices may be high for locals but as a matter of fact they are as the same as in related restaurants in Sao Paulo, for example. They also have a very good wine list. From thrusday to Saturday you can also appreciate live piano! So, if you are interested in sophisticated food, a good wine and music in a good ambiance, Bistro and chef Naim are my suggestion!
